Game starts off pretty slow. Once you get past that its relatively enjoyable. Comparable to monster collecting games like Pokemon.

2 games in one. Digimon RPG. Gameplay is like pokemon except you control more than one digimon. Story is mixed. The first game was a slow start and didn't catch my interest until half way through. The translation is pretty bad. Sometimes you get to pick your dialogue (3 choices) but when you read it you'll realize it's 2 sentences that take up 3 lines. And sometimes you make the right choice but it will be wrong because they translated the answers wrong. Overall they will satisfy your digimon itch, but there's lots of room for improvement.

I loved digimon as a kid but never got to play any of the games. This was a great first entry for me an a welcome surprise.

After 10 years of Digimon on other consoles, it is finally on a Nintendo system and it is better than Pokemon sword and shield.

It plays more like a standard JRPG, with system for collecting digimon similar to Pokemon. The evolution system is closer to the older Final Fantasy job system. Package was shipped and came in in good time, and with no known damage.

Good basic RPG to feed off the digimon starvation while waiting for Digimon Survive!!!

The game play is a little different from what I thought it'd be, but its still rather enjoyable. With it being the complete edition, you get to choose between 2 different storyline to play through and it has tons of content.
