Always nice to have that extra battery fully charged so you always have a way to take pictures. Don't come up short and have a dead battery in your camera when enjoying the many beautiful scenes in nature and no way to take a photograph.

I didn't see any difference between the DigiPower battery & my original Nikon battery. Holds a charge well, lasts a long time, and the real plus was being able to buy it in the store the night before our trip to Washington, DC as a backup.

Got this so my son could record my grandson's football games without my camera dying. Worked great till he left that and my charger at a game.

How many times do you take your camera with you to any event thinking that 700 shots is plenty for the function however you don't calculate the video time as well. This extra battery gives you the back up to get everything you want.

Bought a new camera and needed a extra battery. I usually go for quality aftermarket batteries. They usually have more MA and are within specs. Salesperson had no problems reported. I'm happy with it.

I left the house and forgot to charge main battery. Once I turned on camera nothing happened. I switched batteries and wala I was back up and running. That was a close call happy to have back-up would have missed the pictures of the parade.
