Not worth it.

Changed settings, but now it wont even charge. I reached out to manufacture for warranty, but have not even gotten a response. Waited too long and can’t even return it. Oh well, trash it is

Slightly false advertising

It's just a power pack that your camera fits in. Might as well spend $15 on a power block instead! It's the exact same thing

Extended battery

You cannot record continuously if the weather is over 75 with sun hitting it because it will overheat. All in all did what I needed And worked great. Charging ports are a bit of a pain don’t lose the original cable because my phone charger kept falling out.

Reduces airflow and causes overheating.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.What good is a nine hour battery if the camera shuts down after 80 minutes to prevent damage from overheating? I missed five minutes of my daughter’s musical ripping the camera out of this stupid thing and letting it cool properly before the GoPro would turn back on. I will return this and try the pass-through battery door to charge with a stand-alone battery pack (I see there are tripod mounted options that sit below the camera).
