It was easy to use and worked as advertised. This is for a Blue Ray player only.

I didn't think it would clean my Blue-Ray DVD player but it did an superb job.

We've been having some trouble with our player and I bought this as a last-ditch effort to see if it would help so we wouldn't have to buy a new machine and it did exactly what we needed it to do!

I've used this numerous times on a couple of my DVD/CD players and has not failed me yet!

Good cleaner for a blu ray player. Cleans quickly with easy to navigate menu. The voice is only moderately annoying.

I was getting unknown disc error with my blu-ray player, and hoped that disc cleaner will fix the problem, but it did not. So nothing necessarily wrong with this cleaner, it just didn't fix my problem.

Blu Ray player would not read disks, but no issues after using this product.

I really needed a Blu-ray cleaner and I had to order this product online. I would have liked to have found this item at a Best Buy store so that I would have had it sooner. But, it arrived within the time allotted so no worries.

Awesome product, it doesn't only clean your lens it also helps you setup your surround sound system.

A very good experience from start to finish. Everyone I spoke with in the store was very knowledgeable and went beyond my expectations in helping me slect the TV and Sound Bar that would work best for my needs. The Team that installed my equipment did a great job and made certain that I understood how to operate everything before leaving. I can not think of anything that would make the experience better.

Have used it to clean the dvd players in the house and fifth wheel and the cd players in the truck. Unfortunately, cleaning wasn't what the cd player in the truck needs, but that is not the cleaners fault.

My blue-ray player was not reading disk about half the time but after cleaning the sensors with this disc, it seems to be working like new. I did have to run the disc 2-3 times to achieve maximum results.

It was easy and simple to use, pop it in to the player and follow the directions.

Price was higher than I expected but it did everything as advertised. No Issues.

Our BR player would freeze the output for 30 seconds or so then continue playing. Since we purchased the Clean Dr., we have had no issues

It seemed to work just fine, including setting up the surround sound. However, it did not solve my problem, which was getting my BluRay player to recognize and accept BluRay discs.

I was having some issues with my blu-ray player and was thinking I was going to have to buy a new one.... Luckily someone recommended that I try this and clean it out! Well it worked! My blu-ray is way better and this product did a great job! It was super easy to use and really quick! Highly recommend trying it out, before you buy a new player!!!
