If you have any hesitations or unexpected brief pauses during your Blu-ray disc viewing it might be an indication that some dust might have settled on the laser as it seemed to have been the case with my brief viewing interruptions. It seemed to have helped so far in my case but I don't understand the remark on the back of this case where it warns that it may not work with CD players. As far as I know all Blu-ray players also play DVD's and CD's ; are stand alone CD players that much different that this thing can't clean it's laser ? But anyway, for about $12.00 that this disc sets you back it is well worth the try.

I bought this because my blu-ray player was not playing dvds very well. It still doesn't play all of them, but some are now playing. Very easy to use.

Works as advertised just my old Sony Blu Ray crapped out and this didn't fix the issue. It was great walking through the procedure though.

This lens cleaner was effective and performed with excellence. Originally thought that the BluRay player needed replacement but by using this cleaner it repaired the problem of skipping and audio interruptions.

This producted cleaned the blue ray player great and was very easy to use.

It was easy to use and I was able to test it out the minute it was done. It worked as soon as I inserted the Dvd that was giving me a problem. The only thing is that I had to repeat the process several times the first week. After 2 weeks I didn't have to repeat it again. It wouldn't be until a couple of months later that I would have to use it again. There isn't a perfect Dvd cleaner but this one worked better than the others I've used in the pass.

Grandkids wanted to watch DVD we gave them and it would not load. Thought about buying a new DVD player or repair shop. Bought this cleaner kit and ran it twice and DVDs now load fine. If you have bluray be sure to get right kit.
