This is the first cleaner I found that will clean both my Blu Ray player and my Wii consule. The performance is much better especially with the Wii. Great product, easy to use, noticeable improvement in performance.

Just what I was looking for. Very easy to use with on line instructions for cleaning a blue-ray player. It also provides tools to verify proper set-up of speaker and surround sound. Well worth the money.

Was having trouble watching DVD's - skipping and/or not playing. Thought player might be dirty and thought we'd give this a try. It is easy to use and DVDs played perfectly after cleaning our DVD player.

we play a lot of DVDs from the library and started to get errors. Before looking for service for the player, we tried to find a cleaner. Best Buy had one of these in stock. It worked, no more errors.

I bought this for the movie theatre in our town. I help out with tech stuff there and we use the blu-ray players A LOT. They had asked me about a cleaner and I said I didn't think they made one, but then, in the store, there it was! I scooped it up at a nearly $30 price tag and didn't even think about it. Looking back it was a bit impulsive, but just to say we have one is pretty good.

Did clean but don't feel it gets every area as needed but fair price and did the job in the meantime.

It'did it's job which I was glad It worked in cleaning a playstation 3.

We were having some Blue-Ray disc freezing on our player. After using CleanDr lens cleaner, the Blu-rays all play fine.

Once the disk was recognized, the narrator told us what the disk was doing. Worked great. Just needs better software to recognize a well known Sony BlueRay player. Took too long to start, as I thought something was wrong. Waiting helped.

I purchased this product because the disc in my Blu Ray player kept stopping or would skip. The salesman said this cleaner should fix the problem. Because the problem was still present, I cannot tell if this cleaner worked.

these kind of things can be generally useful to have around. I found that my problem was actually something else but using this at least eliminated a potential problem in trouble shooting process. if your laser isn't reading enough to run the program it might not work.
