For me it was a waste of money and time. Sounded great if it had worked. Tried on a regular Blue Ray and it still wouldn't read a regular DVD. Bad laser I guess.

Does a great job cleaning Blu-ray and DVD players. The video and audio calibration tools are superb. Got mine on sale for $11.99. If it's still on sale it's a must have but, even at reg. price it's a great product and awesome for setting up a new HDTV.

My blue ray player was pausing and skipping, so I purchased the Digital Innovative Clean Dr laser lens cleaner. It was easy to follow and even checked my surround sound balance. No more skipping or pausing while playing those great action packed DVD movies. Well Worth it, I used it on all my players.

My Bluray player got dirt in it and started acting crazy, but this fixes it. Sadly I have to use it every time I want to watch a bluray.

Mine never seem to complete the process, would sometimes give me an error right away and other times just get stuck in the middle. My movie was getting stuck as well and using the cleaner didn't help matters. Not sure if my Blu-ray was causing both problems so I give it a 3 rather than 1; resetting numerous times finally fixed it.

I would recommend this product to anyone looking to effectively clean the eye of their blu ray player. After about a year of intense use, my 3d blu ray player started skipping and not loading discs. Bought this lens cleaner and player works fine.

We first bought a disc cleaner that was not good for blueray players. I read the back before using it the first time. We went back to Best Buy and bought this one that is good for all of our needs, blueray player and game systems.

Blu-Ray player was skipping badly. Purchased disc cleaner . Ran it and problem solved. simple as that.

It has all of my Blu-ray players operating better, except for one. All my movies are showing clearer.

It worked for what I needed, my DVD player was skipping and freezing and this worked great.

Seems to do what it says it would. I will wait til a few months before final decision.
