Put into VHS and it broke. It was taped back to use. Threw away receipts. Too far to go to bb to refund or exchange receipt trashed.

We use our vcr a lot because my grandson likes to watch movies over and over. So this item will come in handy.

Did what it was supposed to do

This product was supposed to clean the heads and it did as it was supposed to do. Not much else to say about it.

Video head cleaner

Works Just As I Thought It Would!

The program is easy to navigate and work just as advertised. Really great to relive those old memories again. :D

Good vhs cleaner

I tried to replace VHS unit, no luck with that. These are very old systems I think the production have stopped on them. I searched everywhere, searched Best Buy website to my surprise , there is . VHS cleaner. Thank you Best Buy. You truly are the Best
