Works just like the original that came with the system. We lost the last remote that we had for our downstairs satellite with DirecTV (My guess is it's hidden in a cushion somewhere in the house). Ended up purchasing this one, works like a charm!

Our remote finally died, it was almost 20 years old. Definitely lived its life. Love these Directv remotes and so happy to see they still make the same ones. Easy to use, very pleased.

Had to get a new remote for my Directv box. They have me a run around and wanted a ton of money just for a remote. Found this online and it works perfectly. Save some time and money with this and don't go through the hassle of calling Directv.

Love this controller. I've had one for years. Mine finally disintegrated in my hand so I had to buy a new one. Glad I found the exact same one I had before. Comfortable and simple to use. Bought My dad one too because he uses the heck out of his too.

A little skeptical at first but eventually was easy to set-up and use. Would purchase again if needed for my other Samsung DirecTVs.

This remote works great, to be honest I think it works better than our old remote did when it was new. If you need a replacement remote for your DirecTV system, I have no reservations recommending this one.

Bought a new 55" Sony TV old remote control was only able to change channels it was 4 years old so thought I'll buy a new one so went into best buy it literally took less then 3 minutes to set up very easy and fast now i have volume control and on/off control.

The original remote didn't work right anymore. Just popped in the batteries and it works perfectly. Looks just like the original, didn't have to learn new procedures. Very happy with this remote.

Exceptionally easy to program, but some of the streaming channels of my LG smart TV still cannot be accessed.

I replaced 2 remotes & was surprised how easy they were to coordinate with my TVs.

Since I have already the same old DirecTV remote control before I found out I don’t need to set this up with my TV set. I just put in 2 batteries and then turn it on.. and viola! it’s already working!

The old remote gave up the ghost, and this one is exactly like what my wife is used to. No complaints from her, so none from me! Easy setup too!

Not only is this a better remote than the small genie remotes that they give you with that system, but this is easier to find items on it and the white color is easier to find when you put it down in the wrong place and start searching around

I purchased this product to replace the identical remote control. The original slowly wore out after a few years of use -- and that's the downside of this product. It wears out a little more quickly than I'd like. On the other hand, it is extremely easy to set up and use, something I really appreciate.

Used to replace broken unit. It truly is a universal remote control and as such you have to go through many codes to get the thing to work. Once it is done it is relatively easy remote to operate.

My buttons on my remotevstop working. Direct Tv as gonna take to long to send me a remote. Bestbuy had just what i needed and it was easy to program

I bought this to replace one my dog ate and it works perfectly. It was pretty easy to set up with all of my devices and is identical to the previous one received from direct TV during my setup.

Many of hours of use on a weekly basis in my household. I have replaced more batteries than the price of this products that keeps going and going. However some keys will not function over time, but worth five stars in my opinion.
