Posted .Hey Surain, thank you for reviewing the Dirt Devil Endura Reach Upright Vacuum. Here are some helpful tips to improve the suction: check to see if the filter or nozzle is clogged. Turn off the unit and disconnect the nozzle to remove the debris. Also check the hose for any built up debris, and use the handle of a broom to remove. After checking the hose, please be sure to securely connect the hose to your vacuum. We also recommend checking the filter by removing it from your vacuum and tapping out any built up dirt/debris that could be resting on it. Rinse the filter with water until the water runs clear and allow a dry time of 24-36 hours. It's plastic and the pieces come apart easily. So much that I have to use the cord to pull the vacuum back or the handle comes undone. It is a cheap vacuum. Would be most suitable for a college dorm, etc... Not for household vacuuming.
