DO NOT BUY
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Handle doesn't stay latched into vacuum. It is a removable piece that clicks in place. After a month the latch does not stay fastened and the vacuum is unusable. The arm comes right off. I can bet it will happen to any of these vacuums over time. It is a soft plastic knob that holds it in place, and easily wears down. Cant even return it now.

Not working as expected. Not worth buying for the
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It was mentioned to clean floor and carpet But the suction power is really bad and it leaves down dust particles sometimes when vacuumed. Definitely not worth the price. Initially I brought the model UD20120 for $40 that was far better than this model Extremely disappointed with this purchase and wouldn’t prefer buying dirt devil again.

Posted .Hi Gaelgaona, thank you for reviewing the Dirt Devil Endura Reach Upright Vacuum. Your vacuum has a safety feature called 'Thermal Protector' designed into your cleaner to protect it from overheating. When the thermal protector activates, the cleaner will stop running. When this happens, unplug it from the electrical outlet and empty the dirt cup. Inspect the nozzle inlet, hose connector, hose, dirt cup inlet, pre-motor filters, and HEPA filters for any obstructions and clear obstructions if present. When your cleaner is unplugged and the motor cools off for 30 minutes, the thermal protector will deactivate and cleaning may continue. We hope this helps! For any other questions, please email us at [email protected] with a reference to your review and your model number. Thanks, Hayley - Dirt Devil Team

Posted .Hey jak123, thank you for reviewing the Endura Reach Upright vacuum. We hope we caught you in time! Here are some helpful tips to improve the suction: check to see if the filter or nozzle is clogged. Turn off the unit and disconnect the nozzle to remove the debris. Also check the hose for any built up debris, and use the handle of a broom to remove. After checking the hose, please be sure to securely connect the hose to your vacuum. We also recommend checking the filter by removing it from your vacuum and tapping out any built up dirt/debris that could be resting on it. Rinse the filter with water until the water runs clear and allow a dry time of 24-36 hours. We hope this helps, but if not please email us at [email protected] with a reference to your review and your model number. Thanks, Cierra - Dirt Devil Team

Totally Ineffective
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ok, so I don't usually write reviews but I feel compelled to tell people to avoid this product. The base (?) of the vacuum essentially picks up nothing. You're just pushing it around (and becoming frustrated) as it goes over little bits of lint, dirt, etc. The only effective suction is the wand (tube?). If you're ok with carrying the lightweight unit around and using the tube, then perhaps this is for you since it's pretty inexpensive. However, if you have a sizable home or apartment, who wants to carry the vacuum around while using only the wand? That's ridiculous. I was thinking about keeping this and chalking it up as a learning experience. Not to mention, having to deal with returns during COVID-19 crisis. Nope, this thing is going back. If I wanted a wand with suction, I would've gotten that. I want a vacuum.
