      Hi CnGMom! We want to help. If you are experiencing suction issues, please try this: Unplug the charger from the wall for 10 minutes, and run the unit's battery down completely. Once this has been done, charge the unit for at least 24 hours. This should restore the battery to its full run time. If this doesn't improve suction power, it may be that the filter is dirty, or may need to be replaced. We recommend replacing the filters every 6-12 months, depending on usage.
