The crevice tool that flips down does not stay securely in place, keeps folding back up as I'm using it. Cheap piece of plastic

Extension nozzle clogged immediately, using it without the extension clogged only slightly later. Had to keep stopping to unclog the opening, and it doesn't hold much.

Battery is junk. after less than a year of use, the battery won't hold a charge for more than 5 mins. Very disappointing. I would say we only use it maybe 2x or 3x a month the most.
