To do this, reinstall the dirt cup, and make sure the lid is closed completely. Next, make sure the nozzle/dirt passage is not clogged. To do this, turn off the unit and then disconnect the nozzle/dirt passage to remove any debris. If you are still experiencing issues, please call Dirt Devil Customer Care at 800-321-1134. Not a good vacuum

Doesn't do a good job and have to go over surfaces multiple times and the brush roll gets tangled easily and does not spin. I had to reurn to Best Buy.
