stopped working for good

During the fourth use, it just stopped working after two minutes of use. I emailed customer service for advice, which I took. Checked for clogs-none. Checked breakers. Let it cool down. Still not working. Just two months after warranty expired - out of luck. Waste of money. Don't buy.

Clogged on the first use

Spent the next 15 minutes trying to cut hair out. Using on low pile carpet. Not pleased. Wish I kept the packaging so I could take it back. Not even good enough for a dorm room.
