NO suction, no power and made of cheap plastic. My carpet doesn't look like its been vacuumed. Not at all like my other past two vacuums. Will be returning it.

The battery or charger is defective and Dirt Devil customer service admits that it is defective and is under warranty, but refuses to honor the warranty without the original receipt which I no longer have. If this is how they stand behind their product quality I would recommend never buying one of their products!
