I like that it's cordless but it has some defaults the spin brush gets clogged really fast and if you don't clean it basically every use than it really doesn't suck up anything the dirtdevil with the cord works much better

I had high hopes for this vacuum but it fell way short. Most of the issues I have is with the design. My main issue is it can't handle pet hair. The hair constantly get caught in the very small opening behind the brush bar. I have to continually take it apart to clear the opening. Had they made it slightly larger this would not be an issue. The other design issue is the basket that catches the dirt and any hair that might get through. It has a small opening that goes into a compartment that gets jammed up so debris does not go into the main basket. If you have pets that shed I would not recommend this vacuum.

If you're looking for something good at an affordable price, this is it.

Simple and versatile. It is easy to setup out of the box. You do not need any tools to assemble. It is lightweight and cordless. A full charge will last approximately 20 min and then you will see the battery lights indicating it needs to be recharged. The recharging part takes longer. This might be my only con about this vacuum. This comes with two modes, normal and turbo, which is twice the suction power. This one works on both hard wood floors and carpet and you do not need to change anything. The suction is great and it picks up perfectly. It comes with crevice tool, powered cleaning wand, carpet nozzle, stair/upholstery tool. The dirt collection cup is large enough to collect all the dust in one go. As a added feature, I used the smaller brush to clean my car and I was pleasantly surprised how well it was able to clean my seats and the floor area. You can charge it upright with the included wall mount support. But you need to have the wall mount. I highly recommend this vacuum. It is worth for the power, versatility, and easy to use.

I love the convenience of this. The only issues i have is it doesn't stay charged very long and the latch to hold it together broke the 2nd week so i have to make sure it stays connected.

nice design but needs more power and suction only good for small pick ups like pet hair. it gets the job done for that only. ill keep it for emergencies only.

The Dirt Devil - Reach Max Plus Bagless Cordless Stick Vacuum is simple to use yet provides versatility. It comes with the charger for its 24 volt battery, the hand vac, the wand connecting the hand vac with the powered floor unit, powered stair/upholstery unit, crevice tool and wall mount. You can attach the stair/upholstery unit directly to the hand vac for close-up cleaning or attach the wand to the hand vac with the powered floor unit on the other end for carpeted or hard surfaced floors. Both units have a powered brush roller that detaches for cleaning. The hand vac has a 2-speed switch for normal and max power. The dust bin can be left attached to the hand vac while opening one end to empty its contents. For cleaning the dust bin, it will detach from the hand vac as well. There is a washable filter attached to the dust bin to keep suction at its peak. I found the Dirt Devil - Reach Max Plus Bagless Cordless Stick Vacuum to be very maneuverable with just a left or right twist of the wrist to angle the powered floor unit where you want it to go. It is low-profile so reaching under furniture works very well. It is also light so using it as an upright or using it for furniture/steps is not tiring and simple. The battery will run 20 to 30 minutes on a full charge depending upon usage. Its power doesn't diminish until it's depleted, then it just shuts down. It recharges with an indicator light blinking during the charging process. When it's charged, the light goes off. You can affix (strong tape provided or with screws) the included wall mount wherever you like so that it hangs up out of the way. This is an uncomplicated yet powerful vacuum that's just right for those quick jobs, smaller floor areas, cleaning furniture or your car.

Cheap and that’s what you get. Roller sticks often, not easy to empty and didn’t last long. Buy a dyson instead,cost more and worth it.

I wish it would hold a charge longer than it does, ex: two decent size rooms and I have to recharge. Disappointed in this feature.

After having a shark corded vacuum this was awesome switching to Cord less. The battery doesn’t last long but I did the car and the whole house before it finally died on me.

Really wanted it for the dog hair and did an ok job...still have to get out the big vac to get it all.

Not recommended. Poor design. Clogs easily and has little sucking power

Not so bad vacuum, the only complain is the charging port, so hard to remove, I hope you change your design

this is vacuum I've been using for about a week I hardly have time these days because I'm just working myself to death as a millennial struggling in the world that feels like it's always trying to be more greedy I have so little time I can't even return this terrible vacuum. The one hopes that I have is in the dreams that I have at night. And the spiritual practices that I do they keep me level-headed even when I see other people freaking out. I know that with my will and intention I can make time to return the vacuum but then again I'm trying to save up money to pay off the massive amount of debt. this vacuum has several issues the dust cup keeps getting clogged the hose keeps getting clogged basically everything just clogs. Which lead you to stick your fingers in the dirty hoses and in the fan area. the filtration system is a joke it's just a piece of paper there is no wrapping or anything it's just a thin filter. I do not recommend this vacuum if you have anything but very light vacuuming to do.

I bought this for our camper to vacuum the linoleum and the area rug and it does a great job on both. The wall mount charger makes it stay put when transporting.

Its ok but would rather gave bought something else as it didnt suck to my liking
