Worst Experience I have had with an install. The man came into my house without ANYONE HOME-ILLEGAL Put holes in BRAND NEW Kitchen CABINET INSTALL, not small and clean, large on side and bottom, ripped through things under my sink

The dishwasher installers were great and professional. They removed the old dishwasher and replaced it with the new one very neatly and fast.

The installation team was courteous, friendly, & knowledgeable. They kindly interacted with our inquisitive 8- & 5-year old grandsons who curiously watched from a safe distance.

The new dishwasher had to fit into a very small space which required many small adjustments to get it to sit correctly. The installation team went through all of those with patience and precision. They also thoroughly cleaned the inside of the space before installing the new dishwasher. The old dishwasher had been there for 19 years so there was a bit of dust, etc.

The gentle men who installed my appliances were very professional and walked me through all the steps to connect my stuff to the internet

We had to install our own. Even when they said they were going to. A little upsetting. The guy had an emergency oil change.

The technician that installed my new Bosch dishwasher was outstanding. He was knowledgeable and helpful took his time to make sure I was happy and he answered all my questions. He cleaned up my floors and hauled off the old dishwasher for me. 5 Stars for sure!

The install team came out twice only to say the cabinet space was not large enough for the dishwasher even though measurements showed it was. They installed it and it stuck out 1/2 inch from the counter top. After they left, it took me a few minutes to watch a YouTube and another 15 minutes to install in properly and amazing, it fit. Just had to accommodate the hoses as per instructions. Add to that, they lost a kickplate screw, and the person I spoke to was not customer centric.

Our installer was able to complete the installation after determining we didn’t have the right electrical connection. It was done with excellence. We are very pleased!

Perry from Installs Inc. was very professional, personable, and informative during the installation of my new LG dishwasher! He did not have an order to haul away my old dishwasher, but hauled it away for me nonetheless.

The installers were nice and professional, and did the installation very quickly.

Love my new LG dishwasher. The 3 racks are convenient for all types of dishes and they slide out super easy compared to other brands. So many extra spray nozzles get dishes clean. Love the lights inside the washer too. Lights up the dishes so I can see.

My new dishwasher was delivered and installed by Best Buy's third-party contractors. Carlos and Jose arrived. Carlos looked under the sink and told me that my plumbing, with a dedicated water supply, dedicated valve, and modern dishwasher connector, was not up to code. He could not explain why it was not up to code but said that he could not install the dishwasher unless it was repaired, and that the charge would be an additional $150, despite my having already paid an install fee. He could not explain why it was not up to code. I needed the dishwasher installed so I told him to proceed. Carlos cut off the existing dedicated valve and replaced it with a new valve. When I asked him to explain why the old valve was not up to code, the story changed: now the old valve was "leaking". (It was not.) He asked me to write a check made payable not to Best Buy or to their company, but to Jose. Following the install, they closed up the cabinets and quickly left the house, at which point I noticed that they had damaged other unrelated plumbing under the sink. I caught up with them as they were leaving to discuss it. They went to a nearby hardware store to obtain new pipes and materials. They returned and disassembled the damaged plumbing. When it became obvious that they were not qualified to make the repair, I told them that they could leave without completing the repair if they returned the $150 check, which they did without argument. I engaged a professional plumber who made the repair the following day at a cost of $378.90. I contacted Best Buy who filed a claim with Sedgwick, who is their claims adjuster. I was told that Sedgwick would contact me in 24-48 hours. It has been over two weeks, despite my having escalated this to Best Buy Corporate. At least the dishwasher works.

The installation was a breeze. The installers were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing.

The dishwasher is in its new home safe and sound! The old one had to be taken to a farm to wander free with other old Dishwashers.

Our installer, Justin from Geek Squad was very pleasant and professional. He took care to ensure all was running correctly, no leaks. He leveled the dishwasher perfectly. He took his time and made certain all was completed before leaving.
