Large application installation over the past few years from other stores or vendors have not been the best experience for us. That said until The Best Buy installation contractor At Your Service Repairs, Inc's service person arrived to put in our new dishwasher. At Your Service Repairs, Inc's service person was prompt, fast, helpful, and cleaned up. They made sure the installation went off without a hitch and were very careful about the new floor tiles and precise in fitting the LG dishwasher unit into its space. The installer took the time to test the unit then explain most of the features.

The team that came out to install our dishwasher was great! They were so kind and professional. They made sure to get the empty space clean before putting in the new dishwasher. I had a worry about some water underneath and they came back to confirm the dishwasher install was successful! (It was.) They even followed up! Extremely grateful!

The installers were super efficient and speedy. They installed my washer perfectly.

The men that showed were polite and went right to work removing the old machine and putting in the new one. But you better make sure your house is up to code. My son has a new mobile home and they wouldn't install the appliance unless I paid $150 for a water pressure valve, the house has a pressure reducer from the city. Best buy should tell you this up front

We thoroughly enjoyed our outsourced install. The gentleman came from a local appliance maintenance company, Peter’s Appliance Services, Londonderry, NH. He was knowledgeable, experienced and personable. He was a clear communicator and talked us through everything that he was doing. He spent more time than he had anticipated with us in our home but only because the way the kitchen had initially been designed. It forced him to do a lot of problem solving in order to satisfy our needs and allow us to use our new dishwasher without incident. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience that took place the day after Thanksgiving!

I installed my last dishwasher about 15 years ago and was contemplating doing it again but thought better of it and was delighted with the work done by the Geek Squad guys. They called ahead and arrived near the start of the assigned window so no long wait. The two guys were very professional and polite and very efficient. The new unit was in and running in about 30 minutes. They took precautions to avoid damage to the floor and cabinets. The unit was leveled in both directions and care was taken when routing the water and drain lines to avoid kinks and keep it out of the way. Basic unit functions were explained and a partial cycle was run to confirm proper water flow and drainage. I don't anticipate needing another dishwasher install but would certainly consider installation services again for other appliances that don't just sit on the counter!

I reviewed this also with a gas range. See below. I cannot say enough good about the 2 installers!!! They arrived a bit late because they had to make a way out-of-the-way trip to service someone who had had delays but it did not affect me too much. They were very professional and knew exactly what to do. They spent time conversing with me about some questions I had and even so in 1 hour left everything looking perfect. There were possible issues since mine is a work in progress since it’s a substantial kitchen renovation with changing counter tops, modifying cabinets and moving from a drop in electric cook top with oven to a slide in gas range. The gas line location was’t right for this range so without comment or complaint he just fixed it. I doubt that modifying gas lines are under the normal contract but he said just to expedite things and if I have the parts, I’ll fix it. At the same time a dishwasher was installed and they were flexible also on a minor issue with that. Unhurried they took care of all of my concerns even though it was 4 pm they were under the gun with 3 more deliveries 45 minutes away in Gulf Shores. I have probably purchased 25 appliances from Best Buy over the last 16 years and obviously like Best Buy but I did not get this Installation and Protection Plan until now. I’ve already had four appliances installed this year and another yet to come. This is the best money I’ve spent this year with the $200 for this installation and protection plan. Though I can do this work myself and have done it, but now why? There are also a number of other benefits not mentioned here with the plan.

Installation was great. They arrived early and got the dishwasher installed within an hour. Both installers were friendly and gave me instructions on how to use the dishwasher after installation.

Dishwasher installation experience was excellent. The installers called right at the beginning of my delivery window and arrived 10 minutes afterwards. The old dishwasher was removed and the new one installed in a matter of only a few minutes.

This washer has lived up to reviews. Plenty of space, larger glasses fit top shelf with no problems. Barely hear the washer when running. Installation was done by Geek Squad contractor and was quick and professional. Happy with our purchase.

The Best Buy Dishwasher install was super easy!! Scheduled it online and the day before the delivery window is cut down to 4 hours and you get a call when they are 30 minutes away. The installer was super professional, fast and educated!! Highly recommend!!

The man accidentally took my knee pad. I’m sure he thought it was his cause. They all look the same, but I would like to have it back. Thank you.

Richard was great with the install of my Samsung dishwasher. Pleasant, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and wouldn’t hesitate to refer him & Best Buy to others. As for the dishwasher, it’s barely noticeable when on. Cleans so much better than the one we had. I love all the features. I was just surprised the first time it finished and slightly opened. As if to say, I’m ready for the next challenge!

Craig and his partner communicated with us regularly prior to the appointment and were spot on time. Both men were extremely professional and courteous. Brad took extreme care bringing the dishwasher into our home, made sure he picked up all of the packing and carted the old dishwasher safely out of the home. Craig was ultra professional in his actual placement and installation of the new machine and had it running smoothly in record time.

Zach and Justin were friendly & fast! They installed LG dishwasher professionally and explained electrical change from hard wire to an outlet under the sink. They showed how to operate it as it was a little different from the old Whirlpool they removed.

Octavio and Joel worked well as a team. Both are my idea of really good appliance delivery personnel. They called me to let me know when they were near then on arrival. Got unloaded in no time then parked their truck out of the way in a minimal area. Removed old fridge even though it gave a fight. Installation of the new appliances was quick and clean. They hauled away the old fridge and any packaging. GREAT TEAMWORK! THANK YOU!

Superb installers showed up within the time slot and finished the job in an impressive amount of time. Very clean confident calm and collected would highly recommend and will probably use again
