The Best Buy team that installed our dishwasher were quick and effient. They didn't leave a mess and everything was cleaned up. We were lucky because we had the dishwasher delivered and installed during a special they were running on installation. We have recently bought all new appliances and never reslized that the cost to install a dishwasher is very expendive, 3 or 4 times the cost of other appliance installation charges. But best buy was running a special on dishwasher installation around President's Day sales. We took advantage and saved almost $125.

The dishwasher is not flush with the cabinet, it is on an angle and tilted towards the rear. The middle rack will not stay open. Also, the 2 packing slip holders were never removed from the inside. I called and requested to have it fixed. I was told they would be there the next day if they couldn’t make it they will call and come the next day. No phone call, no show! When I tried to call (several times) to follow up, No answer. Not pleased. I haven’t used my dishwasher since I noticed the issues. The gentlemen who installed the item were very polite and professional. Unfortunately I didn’t realize the issue until a few days later.

Moses Damen was an excellent installer--efficient, friendly and personable, and expert. Although he arrived later than scheduled (circumstances beyond his control), he kept me informed of his schedule with frequent phone call updates throughout the day. The majority of Mr. Damen's business is home entertainment installations, but he was very experienced with my dishwasher installation. He guarantees the quality of his work for a year.

Dale, the installer did a fine job, no leaks, no unsightly gaps. Clean work space, he delivered it (couldn't have installed it otherwise) put it in, and hauled it away ... see previous reviews. He was on time as he said he would be.

The installer was a little late in arriving, but he called in advance to tell me. Once he was here, he was very respectful of the property and was friendly and professional in his communication with and explanations to me. He performed the installation quickly and checked that everything was working correctly. He cleaned up everything...no one would have known he had been there.

Purchased a Bosch dishwasher this spring right before the Covid 19 shutdown. It wasn't until mid May when the dishwasher was finally delivered and installed. After using it a few times the screws attaching the brackets to the counter top had fallen out. The dishwasher would practically tip over when I opened the door. After contacting Best Buy another install was scheduled but not until 8-25-2020 by a different contractor. Best Buy was no longer using the contractor that originally did the initial install. This crew had to redo everything the first one had done or not done. It is now properly installed and working great, No problems with the current installation crew.

The delivery/installer was on time. It took a little longer to install then he anticipated, but it was done right. No leaks!

The 2 man install team did a great job. They had to replace a new water inlet valve for our plumbing to complete the install. I was extremely happy not having to interrupt the install an call a plumber. They were able to replace the valve for a minimal fee to complete the install saving us time and money. A great install experience!

The installation was flawless -- clean, polite, fast. I still miss the layout of my old dishwasher. The new LG is quieter but doesn't allow as many items to be washed.

Carlos and Dakota did 3 installations and a site survey for me over the past month. All four visits went well. They came prepared and the jobs were done quickly and professionally. The only thing I may have done differently was to shorten the dryer vent a little to make it more of a straight shot to the outside. Great job.

Best Buy promptly delivered my dishwasher and installed it. The guys moved quickly and were in and out with 40 minutes. They gave instructions on usage such as running hot water at the sink before starting the dishwasher. Excellent service.

My installers were very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. They made sure there were no leaks, that everything worked and showed me how to use the dishwasher. They were careful about my wood floor even taking my old washer out.

The person who installed the dishwasher was friendly and informative and very professional. The dishwasher was installed quickly, and we have had no issues.

Although my dishwasher runs beautifully and looks great, the whole installation process was a bust.The dishwasher was brought in through the front courtyard. It was unpacked in the courtyard and any manuals or warranty information was, more than likely, discarded with the packing materials. We have been trying to get a new manual (I was directed to Best Buy’s website to down load a manual. It’s not a recent one.) and told by Best Buy that I didn’t need to fill out any warranty paperwork as the warranty was automatically in place.) Also the handle of the dishwasher is loose and still has remnants of the plastic covering of the door coming out from under the handle’s attachment points. If this were simply a dishwasher review the rating would be higher as it the dishwasher cleans beautifully and looks great, but this is a review only of the dishwasher’s installation and things that should have happened with our paperwork.

My installers were great They renoved the old d.w. being careful not to scratch my wood floors, then installed the new one. At first it dripped water but the installer remedied that and didn't leave until it was perfect.
