The installer and the Geek Squad.did not correctly communicate. There were scheduling glitches. When it got straightened out the Installation was professionally and rapidly accomplished. We are very pleased with the dishwasher!

The two dishwasher installers came at the beginning of the promised window. They were friendly, courteous, and efficient as they installed the dishwasher. There have been no problems with the installation, which was over a month ago.

The guys came promptly as scheduled - fast and efficient - had me examine their work was to my satisfaction - ran the dishwasher inspecting for leaks - all was superior.

I Love my dishwasher, It is a beautiful Stainless steel. Cleans perfect. The best part of it is that it makes no sound at all. I would recommend this product to any one. I like that I am able to pay this off with no intrest.

We had order new kitchen appliances from Best Buy and another wharehouse store. We got out stove and microwave from Best buy without a problem. The fridgerator and dishwasher from the wharehouse store went missing and 6 weeks after ordering we canceled the dishwasher and went to best buy. Miguel on 06/23/2021 installed our dishwasher and was very detailed, check, and rechecked. he knew all about the model and how it works taking the time to show us all the functions. It was a pleasure to have someone take professional pride in their work. Dishwasher is working great!

We have been using it for a couple months and it is working perfectly. Very quiet. The Geek Squad person was very professional and efficient.

Great item for the price--------Seems not that loud while washing but smaller to hold dirty dishes than my last one...........but overall looks nice and does the job

Fantastic dishwasher. Has three levels so can handle just about anything. Has sort of an industrial look. Very, very quiet. Great purchase

We had not expected a special situation, but installer Pete discovered our wooden kitchen floor had been added after our existing dishwasher was installed, so it was not a typical slide out/ slide in installation. Pete was very clear and helpful; I agreed to modify the flooring and we scheduled a second installation visit. I requested same crew and once again Pete and his helper were very careful and thorough, with no pressure to rush things. I was very impressed with their quality and customer- focused approach and the excellent installation which took account of the non- standard conditions in our older home. Very good work!

Very quiet product that looks good as well ! Can barely tell it’s running

I recently purchased a dishwasher to replace my 13 year old black Kenmore. The installer contacted me to let me know he would be earlier than scheduled and if that was convernient. He removed the old dishwasher and as he thought, the water hose I purchased with the dishwasher would not be long enough to reach behind our kitchen cabinet layout. He had another appointment he needed to make and asked if it would be okay if he went to that call and picked up a part to finish my install while he was in town (we live in the country). He returned later that day and finished the install as promised (on a Saturday). He took the time to show me how each of the settings on the appliance worked, some troubleshooting, and advice from the manufacturer on products, Absolutely positive experience!!

My dishwasher is awesome. Love the stainless steel inside. So quite and washes like a dream. My installers were fantastic. Could not have asked for better guys.

Kitchen Aid dishwasher has 3 levels that are really usable. I had an old Kitchen Aid which just had a flat level on top where you could put flat items. This one really holds cups, glasses, etc. Very handy. I like the interior light-easier to load. The dishes come out squeaky clean. Very satisfied with this dishwasher so far.

The installation service for my Bosch 500 dishwasher was amazing. The guys were fast, efficient and clean. I couldn't ask for more! And of course no leaks and a hands on lesson on how to use the dishwasher was loke icing on the cake.

Purchased dishwasher after weeks of searching and researching the machine, very pleased with it's performance! It was backordered for weeks but well worth the wait. Installation services were fabulous! Technician was very kind, efficient, and took great detail to have it run and look perfect!

The installation team did an excellent job. They called when they were on their way. They called when they arrived. They wore masks, put on booties over their shoes while in my home and wore gloves. They highlighted a concern I had with my plumbing, still tested the product. With their assistance, I was able to call my plumber early in the day to schedule a repair for the next day. They could have just done the installation and let me be concerned with the repair. But they went out of their way to be helpful to me. I would highly recommend this installation team.
