The installers were great. Very personable and efficient. They made sure everything was cleaned up and the dishwasher was working correctly before they left. They both had great senses of humor and made thexperience very pleasant.

Bought a dishwasher a few months ago and paid for install. The install required that I buy an install kit, the tubing that takes water to and from the dishwasher. I'm a TotalTech member and every purchase comes with BestBuy Protection. The tubing broke, flooding my kitchen. I looked at where the tubing broke and it is obviously several years old. Installers did not use the new kit I just bought. When I call best buy for help getting someone to fix the install, they say I have to call LG because the dishwasher is still under manufacturer warranty. When I say it's the install kit, not the dishwasher that broke, they say to bring the install kit back. I can't do that because bestbuy has already installed it... and even if I could return it, I'd be trying to return a kit that is several years old since they didn't use the new tubing I'd paid for. After about four phone calls, someone finally said they could set up a service call for $179 to assess my problem, but nothing would be covered by BestBuy. BestBuy and their Protection plan has been 100% worthless. Their faulty installation that i paid for has caused my problems that they now say I have to pay for again if i want them to fix it. I specifically bought my dishwasher from BestBuy because I wanted to have things covered under their Protection plan. As it turns out, they apparently do not perform any oversight of the contractors they use for installs. You are just as likely to get a back yard mechanic as an actual professional, and BestBuy will not make things right if their contractors don't do the install properly.

“Those Guyz” (was it thoze guyz? Haha) anyway, the two gentlemen who came and installed (and took away my old dishwasher) were great. They were like a well oiled machine. They were fast, efficient, courteous and just all around very helpful. They arrived when they said they were going to and I couldn’t be happier with their service. Our dishwasher is perfect and perfectly installed.

The Bosch dishwasher is great. Quiet. Includes a 40-minute express wash. The installers were very knowledgeable and were able to install the dishwasher very quickly. I was very pleased.

The tech that came to install was very knowledgeable. The product itself is ok . I wish it had more options as to how long the wash cylce is if it a light wash it shouldnt take over an hour to wash. The cycles are way too long.over an hour and half is way tooooo long

The installation team that came were excellent and did a superior job installing the dishwasher. They exceeded my expectations by installing it into the existing space, and was very neatly done.

Fantastic Fridge! Holds so much and viewing what's in it is easy! Ice, both cubed & crushed works great! The freezer is also Great with easy viewing with the sliding drawer! Highly recommend!!!! Thanks LG!

Install team was professional yet had a sense of humor. Took our old dishwasher out and put new one in. They suggested we buy a top bracket from them for our dishwasher so that we didn't harm our cupboards on the sides, cost an extra $45

The 2 installers did a great job installing my new LG dishwasher. I live on a 2nd floor condo of a two-level building so I'm sure they weren't liking me when maneuvering the stairs when taking out the old dishwasher and carrying up the new one. Explaining the features after the install would have been nice but I figured it out...mostly.

I really like the dishwasher, been without one for a while and so glad I finally got this one.

The installers from the Chattanooga Best Buy were amazing, very professional, I asked that the dishwasher be side mounted instead of top which they did. very thorough and courteous, could not have been happier with the installation process.

It went well. The people installing were friendly and fast and we had no issues with the functionality of the dishwasher.
