Matt did an excellent job installing my new dishwasher making sure everything was perfectly aligned and level. He had to make the hose hole to the cabinet larger, but the dishwasher fits like the cabinets were built around it from the beginning. After he cleaned the work area better than it was when he arrived, he provided a tutorial on how to use the dishwasher completely. Very customer focused tech!

This review is for the install only. Leo and Wulfredo were professional installers and removed the old dishwasher and installed our new dishwasher with no issues. I would recommend these guys,

The installation was delayed because the power cord wires were chewed by a rat on the previous dishwasher. Once that was remedied the installation went very smoothly and quickly. Good workers.

Install was very professional. Handled the job with the utmost seriousness. Installer was very thorough, very communicative throughout the entire process. They also kept everything orderly and clean the entire time. One of the best installers I have ever experienced.

Due to my physical limitations of old age (back and knees), we had Best Buy’s contractors install the unit so we didn’t have to fight the install. We were very pleased with the results. They were courteous and hauled the old unit off. They didn’t track in any dirt and left the area as clean as it was when they came in.

Professional delivery, fast install, and mindful to keep house clean and respectful of PPE. The day before received a call and text reminders. Got day of call by installers and appointment time was 30 minutes ahead of schedule. Very impressed with the plumbing expertise (older house) to accommodate new dishwasher. Removal of old dish washer was an added bonus.

My Maytag stainless steel dishwasher is loaded with features found on more expensive models. I especially like the easy to use electronic controls, the 24-hour delay-start, hard-food disposer, and quite operation. All this with a 10-year limited warranty and an estimated energy cost better than most. I bought the dishwasher during the Maytag May sales promotion. In addition to the great price, Best Buy topped the competition by offering free delivery and professional installation.

The third party dishwasher installers were courteous and efficient and the dishwasher has been operating properly for two months since the installation.

The process to schedule the installation was not great I specifically spoke with a representative to make sure I was getting the correct bracket to stack the washer and dryer only to find out they ordered the wrong ones after being transferred 3 times. I had to drive twice to best buy because they wanted to charge ridiculous amount of shipping fee on top of that. My best advice would be going directly to the store and not scheduling thru the chat is way more time consuming than in person. The actual installation was flawless.

The installation crew was professional, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. We are pleased with their work and would use them in the future. The only negative was the lack of a phone call prior to their arrival. The reason for the lack of a call was a failure of their tablet to connect to our phone service provider. Chalk it up to equipment failure. Other than that, they did an excellent job.

I've had this dishwasher for about one month. I've run it numerous times as we have been having our kitchen remodeled and I ran all the dishes through to clean them. I've had no problems with the washer even though the installer and another customer at the store told me tales of problems with this particular dishwasher with the water wall. Hopefully no problems will arise! It's wonderfully quiet! You don't even know it's running except for the blue light that comes on when it starts.

I have been very pleased with this Kitchen Aide dishwasher. It is amazingly quiet and washes very well. I was also very impressed with the two gentlemen that came to install it. They were courteous, kind and did the job very quickly. They showed me a few little tricks to using it and made sure everything was correct before leaving. The whole process from Cole, the salesman in the store who sold it to me to the delivery team was excellent.

Our installer called when he was on the way, was on time, and was friendly. He worked efficiently and did a great job. He took away our old dishwasher and left an information pamphlet. We are very satisfied with his work!

If you want a conscientious installer, Shawn's your man. He knew the product and the installation procedure perfectly. Shawn removed our old unit and installed our new unit in record time. As the dishwasher in the family, I particularly "appreciated" his quick service. We were fortunate that our local BEST BUY store has our desired unit in stock so I only had "dishpan hands" for three days!

My dishwasher of 10 years broke right before Christmas. I went to Lowe's to buy a new one, but it was going to take 4 weeks to get it delivered and installed. So, I looked up the same one at Best Buy, saw it was in stock and for $70 cheaper. It was delivered and installed between Christmas and New Years with no problems. Our installation man James was very knowledgeable and made sure there were no leaks and I understood how to use it before he left.
