The installer sent by Best Buy was truly an expert; he removed our old dishwasher (and took it away for us). He installed our new dishwasher with a new water hookup (braided SS) line. After ensuring that everything was lined up perfectly, he then took the time to explain the finer points of using this new appliance. I would strongly recommend anyone buying a dishwasher from Best Buy to use their service to install it - the experience was truly hassle-free.

The installation or our dishwasher was not simple. The original dishwasher was slightly smaller than the one we purchased. As a result modifications had to be made to the cabinet. The home owner (I) made the the changes to the cabinet. The installer and Josh another installer worked professionally to install the appliance. They did not rush. The did the job well. I am pleased with the work they did on the installation. They thought of everything.

We had an appointment for the 1/11 morning slot (7am-11am), and really appreciated how we got a reminder the day before with a smaller time frame (9am-11am) of when to expect the installers. We also got a call when they were loading the dishwasher onto the truck from Best Buy and were about to be on their way, giving us a nice heads up. On the call, they also asked if we could clear underneath the sink, which wasn't mentioned in the "What You Need to Know" documentation in the Best Buy Appointment Manager, so that was good to know for a more streamlined install. Our installers were very polite, friendly, and efficient. (I am really bad with names--sorry!, but I think one of them might've been Roy? There were two of them; they arrived around 11:05am.) They laid down a long cloth path from the doorway to the kitchen, to make sure they didn't dirty the carpet, which was a thoughtful gesture. They also let us sweep out the what was under the old dishwasher after they had removed it (goodness knows when we'll be able to access that spot again!), and gave us tips and things to be aware of with the new dishwasher. They wouldn't let us lift a finger, even though we offered and wanted to be helpful. :) Would definitely recommend! They were in a white Enterprise van, and had on shirts with (presumably) their actual company name/info, but did not advertise or call attention to it. Best Buy, I hope you're treating them well!

The 3rd, (YES THIRD) time installers came to install the appliance they finally got it right. Pete and Sean from GCS Custom Appliance Installations, LLC did a super job. Clean, courteous and able to answer all our questions. I would recommend these installers without hesitation. It was done right the first time by them and they provided a full demonstration.

My installation team (2 guys) were knowledgeable and fast. They handled what I thought was a huge problem even before I could point it out to them. Done and IN!

The two men who arrived really know their business. They were effective and quick. Removed the old dishwasher, took it out to their truck, and set up for the new dishwasher. Made sure all the pipes were on correct. Put in the new powercord and brought in the new Bosch 300 dishwasher. Installation was done correctly and the new dishwasher does its job. Will use Best Buy installation again.

It’s a basic dishwasher that doesn’t dry the dishes that well. It does the job and quietly. It took Best Buy two times to get it installed correctly.

Delivered product but couldn't install. Needed to reschedule. Tech didn't note on work order he didn't install. When finally got through your automated system and talk to live person, thry thought it was done. When finally figured out it was not we got a new date. On day of install, no show. I had previously filled out the preparation checklist. Called in again, and system apparently needed me to click a link to see it was scheduled and then another link yo reschedule because there was a problem. No clear guidance on the need for second link. So wasted a day waiting on something that was not goingbto happen. BTW, even got a text night before saying it was going to happen. So i expected it to occur. Once i found out it wasnt happening i called back in and the best you could do was 2 weeks later (12/29/25). I bought this in mid Oct, it has been sitting in my dining room since mid Nov and cant install until end of Dec. So done with BestBuy services.

My dishwasher was installed quickly and professionally. Contractor was knowledgeable, and friendly.

We recently bought a new Bosch 500 series dishwasher to replace an older, but great machine and had it installed by the (for lack of a polite word) "guys" from Geek squad.. The installed it crooked, broke our faucet and a line to our disposal, then left, telling us..."you'll need to call a plumber". What a monkey show! We had to contact,(AT OUR EXPENSE, to be re-embursed later, someone to fix the installation!!! The 2nd GeekSquad installer came out to mount the new dishwasher in line with the cabinet since it was installed 3/4" crooked by the first crew. After about 4-5 days, we finally had our sink and disposal and new dishwasher fixed, installed, repaired.. We'd certainly recommend you NOT use Best Buy to install a new purchase, or at the least be sure the installer isn't "retiring next week" and not caring how the work was performed. Still waiting for our repair cost to be refunded at this time. A few days after this chaos, we had a different installer come out to remount the dishwasher.. the way it should have been, although our sink and disposal had not been repaired, and due to that, we couldn't use the dishwasher yet... Finally it's all been installed/repaired.. We love the Bosch dishwasher, it's almost completely silent, even right beside it when running and we're ready to be happy when our costs have been restored to us for the original botched attempt

These 2 gentlemen were professional, efficient, and did a great job. They made sure the area was prepped for the install and cleaned up beautifully when they were finished.

I wanted to love this machine even though I read less than stellar reviews. The system takes forever so don't expect to run that load to use for company dinner a half hour before you need to set the table. Actually, I can live wirh that but loading it, particularly the bottom is awful. I wonder if anyone in R and D ever bothered to try actually using it. Everything falls over..all the prongs are short and straight. Worst design ever. However, it is black stainless and was the model that matched the new stove, micro, and fridge. I gave up practicality for beauty. The dishes do come out clean..waters spotting is another issue even with the rinse aid recommended, especially plastics. The slow dry time is probably the culprit there. All in all, think what you are willing to give up if you are in love with the black stainless steel.

Purchased a new dishwasher to replace our 4 year old Bosch dishwasher-would have cost nearly as much to repair as to purchase new. 2 install people removed our old dishwasher, hooked up the new dishwasher and was done in about 30 - 45 minutes. Very professional, excellent installation, good service.

The dishwasher looks great and level and no leaks and works like a beauty

This is more expensive than I wanted to spend initially but it is worth the extra Cost. I love this dishwasher. I love the 3rd rack and that the 2nd rack has foldable prongs. Super quiet and leaves my dishes super clean. Install was wonderful. Team came in and out in new and hauled away old in about 30 min.
