The company Best Buy subcontracted out to install, clamped part of my water line left it like that, my line started leaking everywhere and ended up growing mold. No one is taking responsibility. I’m very upset because I’m a single mother and I spent a lot of money for my cabinets to be ruined.

We had our Whirlpool dishwasher installation today. Jared , our Tech was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He completed the install in about 40-45 mins. Covered dishwasher controls and basic operation and was neat and kept work area clean. Provided me with time to clean the flooring when old dishwasher was removed. All packaging was removed. We would recommend!

We love our new dishwasher. It quiet and our dishes come out clean and dry!!!

Item was delivered without the "GE" logo button on the front panel, leaving two holes on the visible side of the appliance. I reported to it to the delivery person who took a picture and added it to the job's folder, but no follow-up action was taken. My dishwasher still has holes on the front, see attached picture.

These installers are prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. They know the appliances the details and how to install them into your home properly. That includes making small modifications to fit exactly and last properly.

Great install people. Yet, I needed to reroute the drainage part from the dishwasher so my faucet extension would pull down

The dishwasher was installed quickly and clean up was good. After reading the owner’s manual I read that inside the box was two height adjustment strips that they didn’t use. It would have made all the difference.

We love the Bosch dishwasher, but we were disappointed with the installation process. It took multiple visits by two teams of third-party contractors to install the dishwasher correctly. The Best Buy staff, on the other hand, followed through to ensure it finally was installed correctly, and we were quite pleased with the outcome.

I love it! In the middle of a kitchen remodel but I really like the dishwasher.

Fast and clean installation , we recommend the service

Seventeen days after installation and the screws are falling out of the cabinet and the door won't close on the dishwasher so I can't use it. Installation was very, very poor. It looks like they used too short a screw on BOTH sides. Hoping Best Buy will get it corrected.

The install went well after the delivery was rescheduled twice because the dishwasher hadn’t arrived at the warehouse as scheduled. Unfortunately, the installer chipped our quartz countertop in two spots during the install. Didn’t see it until too late.

Installed properly and working fine but it looks little crooked and every time my eyes goes there makes me think the door id open.

Bought a LG dishwasher and had it installed by Bestbuy. Antoine was a great installer. Very knowledgeable and was very careful with my cupboards. I would recommend Getting your appliances there!

The installers we're great! My dishwasher is now level and I can load the racks without them going back in!!

Installers were prompt and professional. Overall happy with the process. However, they placed the discharge hose in such a way that it interferes with the under-sink storage.
