good delivery to home, pleasant installers, there was some confusion as to how to install unit, had to remove some base woodwork before installer could perform installation Also, installers boss has some requirement to have GFI which is NOT code required.

two guys showed up on time and did a great job installing our new dishwasher highly recommend them they're very nice very professional and knew what they were doing and were able to get in and out quickly

The installation team was great. They worked well, one on the dishwasher and the other with the connections under the sink. It was quickly done and works great.

My product installation was outstanding. The installation team showed up early (with my permission) and carried out their work in a very professional manner. They explained their work and provided tips related to installing the appliances. I would highly recommend my installation team for anyone requiring expert installation.

Installation was a breeze. Best Buy services came out on time and completed the job quickly. They had completed about 6 jobs before even getting to me and they were professional and energetic.

Outstanding installation of my dishwasher purchased at Best Buy. The installer was on time, wore a mask when he saw I had one on, changed the fittings, replaced the existing washer, tested it, answered some questions, cleaned up, & smiled

The installer who came out to my home was great! He was courteous, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after himself. My issue is with the 3rd party company (non-Best-Buy) who Best Buys subcontracts with. 1. They over scheduled their installer, so my install got delayed by a week. This sucked because I had already arranged time off work and school to be there for the installs of 3 appliances. Their scheduling issues should not be the customer's problem. 2. When it was rescheduled, I was given a 12 hour window––11 am to 11 pm. Who installs appliances at 11 pm at night??? After MUCH complaining, the window was narrowed down to a much more reasonable window of 8 am to 12 noon. However, at 2 pm when the dishwasher and range had not arrived, I started making calls again. I was assured that the installer would be at my home by 4 p.m. He actually arrived at 6:30 and was gone sometime after 8 pm, keeping in line with their 12 hour install window,,,

The installation team was prompt, courteous and very helpful. They were quick and they cleaned up after the install. They did a great job and would recommend installation services to others.

The service men arrived on time when they said they would. Brody and Jake knew what they were doing so the whole installation was quick. They cleaned up afterwards too. They also explained how to use it cause I don't like to read instructions.

The guys were super. Very efficient and did a great job. They were very careful and cleaned everything up. Als9 made sure we knew how to operate the Dishwasher before they left. We would highly recommend the installation, so much better than us trying to do it now we are a “bit more mature” shall we say.

The installation crew was great! They were cautious of my newly installed flooring, installed the dishwasher quickly and perfectly. They even took the time to show me how to use it.

When the dishwasher was delivered, he wouldn't install it, because he didn't like the plumbing it would attach to. After the plumbing was upgraded, the installation was done timely and easily. We appreciated that he wouldn't install if the plumbing was likely to fail soon.

Standard kitchen counters are 25 inches deep. This Bosch Series 24 fit perfectly. It's aesthetics and handle match my new sleek and clean lines Samsung refrigerator and stove perfectly. It also does not show a "BOSCH" label on the door. I first had a Samsung measuring 25 and 3/8 inches which stuck out slightly beyond the counter top and I exchanged it. This Bosch dishwasher runs smoothly.

Perfect installation. They arrived on time and completed the installation quickly then tested everything. Would definitely use them again.

I had Best Buy deliver and install a new dishwasher. Three men showed up, removed my old one, brought my plumbing up to code, installed the new one, tested it and cleaned up and out the door in 30 minutes. Very professional and polite.
