I buy gift cards at all times with Best Buy.......

I had purchased two gift cards both for $100 each. One is fine the other is showing it was not activated so I went back to the store where I picked it up and nobody could help me including the store manager Tim. I spent roughly an hour and a half in that store to come back home and I was on the phone for over 3 hours trying to rectify this issue. I've been spoke to Disney card services in which sent me an email saying the card never had a dollar amount place on it so it is not activated. At this point I spent well over 5 hours trying to resolve an issue that Best Buy put on me to try and figure out so I now have a dispute open with my credit card company due to the card being defective. Shame on you Best Buy for making your issue my issue and nobody there trying to help me get this resolved!

$200 of $300 dollars activated. Missing $100 dollar missing

Purchased as a gift for my Son’s surprise disney trip. Cards are made of paper, packaging opened funny needed up tearing my gift card in half. Thankfully after explaining everything to a representative over the phone got a hold of some at a store and got approval to issue me a new card. I wouldn’t recommend unless they move back to the plastic cards.

Gift card was mailed to me without being activated. Been contacting customer service for last 3 months and still unable to resolve. Paid $100 for gift card that I cannot use and they cannot refund me.

Cards arrived unactivated. I’ve been deal with this for over a month and have spent over 2 hours on the phone trying to get it resolved. Do not purchase they will not help you when they for get to activate it

I was sent an inactive gift card. Wasted time with customer service chat. Given 1800 number. Was rudely hung up, because she couldn't do her job. Last order with Best Buy!!!

Total crap. My granddaughter is at Disney world now and the card doesn’t work! Was told she had to return it to the store. So she has to leave the park to correct this? NONSENSE. I’ll never shop her again

Disney Gift Card is the most convenient to carry along with when in Disney Parks! It makes everything smooth and easy for my Disney Vacation! Love it!!
