DON'T BUY

Wasted time with customer service chat. Given 1800 number. Was rudely hung up, because she couldn't do her job. Last order with Best Buy!!!

My granddaughter is at Disney world now and the card doesn’t work! Was told she had to return it to the store. So she has to leave the park to correct this? NONSENSE. I’ll never shop her again
