Shame on Best Buy for selling these cards with know issues… 7/31/24 Son came to me wanted to add Disney+ to our streaming service. Purchased 2 Disney+ Gift Cards. One for $100 & one for $50. Cards would not redeem on Disney+ website. As of today 8/7/24 I have spent over 3 hours on the phone to find out this is a “known issue” yet they are still selling the cards! This is a scam of engineered inefficiency to discourage redemption between Disney Gift card services Inc, and The Walt Disney Company. Customers buy cards from Disney Gift Card Inc, which are then unredeemable at the Walt Disney Company. Nice shell game. Customer service representatives just point fingers at each others company with no resolution other than to “check back later”. This is a know issue for over 7 plus months at one of the nations largest retailers Best Buy. Please help others not fall for this! Please help me get my $$ back!! Disney change your ways!

This is a Disney+ SCAM, Do not purchase if you have an annual subscription as Disney+ will not allow you to apply ANY gift card to your account. As others have stated, Best Buy should have a large, BOLD disclaimer at the top of the product page, this is unacceptable that you purchase a GF in good faith, and you are left with a useless product.

Terrible option, the notice that they can only be used with monthly plans should be display on the card instead of in the disclaimers. Best buy would do their customers a favor by also putting that in BOLD letters high up in the display.

They code provided does not work and best buy does not provide refunds on gift cards. They keep on passing me to different lines and no one assisted me. After an hour, i gave up on my money.

Mine worked flawlessly. It's only valid for MONTHLY Disney+ subscriptions, NOT ANNUAL subscriptions. OR for Disney+ BUNDLE subscriptions. So as long as you're paying for Disney Plus on a monthly basis or your paying for a bundle, then the card will work just fine.

As the other reviewer said, Disney is having technical issues and it seems they don't want to resolve it any time soon.

Dont bother with this service. Dosney bought several popular franchises and ran them into the ground. Notber of valie to watch here.

Standard Disney fine print. Make sure to read it and good luck getting it to work.
