    This is literally a step by step, learn as you play deck. The deck is even shuffled in a way that the cards will come out in a specific order so you can follow the manual and learn the game correctly.

    Bought this as a way for me to introduce myself how to play the game. This is an excellent teaching tool. Please note that there are no random cards in here so there are no chase cards, however there are a few decent cards in the sets. I love how they give you various play styles to learn so that you can see how other decks function. I highly recommend for all new players.

    I really wouldn’t recommend buying this product unless you look into it and know you’d like to play lorcana in this way. Personally it doesn’t interest me. I’d much rather buy troves or booster boxes. Ursula’s illumineer’s quest is epic however. I’d recommend that over this and the amethyst starter deck is a lot of fun.
