Over the years I have owned several different brands of action cameras including GoPros. For one reason or another I have not been 100% satisfied with any. Either too large, or too difficult to use, or too short on features. When I saw the DJI Action camera I was immediately interested, as I fly DJI drones and been impressed with their features and their cameras. Although I have only used the camera a handful of times, I find it has pretty much everything I was looking for. Small, light, amazing resolution, tough, easily mounted, water-proof as-is to a reasonable snorkeling depth and with optional case, can be taken 3x deeper. When configured properly, there is a learning curve here, it is easy to use. However it is designed as an action camera, and if you intend to film 5+ minute videos you may want,to look elsewhere. At 4k the memory fills quickly and the internal battery lasts maybe 30 minutes, but recharging from the additional video or memory module is simple and transferring videos to that or your smartphone by WiFi is simple. I have typically used 15 second clips, with a few extended to 3-4 minutes. It comes with a magnetic neck strap holder that works great. It. An be setup to start/stop using voice commands or start and record a defined length of time and then shut down with a single press of the easily accessed button. So far very pleased with the device.

Purchased this camera to take with us on vacation trips and it's definitely worth it. The price has dropped considerably so it's worth picking up!

The magnetic quick release feature is a game changer. No need to unscrew the camera from said attachments every time you want to switch up your shots. Haven’t used underwater yet.

Its just great! Very nice action camera! Video quality is amazing and low light video is better than GoPro. The camera will heat up but it will hold recording it has not been an issue for me. It is super easy to use.

Nice light action camera. Depending what you’re using it for the 2nd screen may or may not be worth getting. The app it connects two is a bit finicky, which is annoying.

Great quality, good performance, the only con is that the camera get hots very easy. When this happens the camera comes off.

This is the best action camera right now. Super wide angle, very crisp and smooth footage. The only gripe I’d have is how much memory it uses up because it’s so hi def. You’re gonna need a flash drive.

This thing is awesome 4k 60fps with a wider fov. The battery in the camera isnt the best but with the battery attachment you shouldnt have to worry. The interface is sooooo much simpler and easier to use than go pro. 100% recommended

Anything by DJI is great. It’s small enough for a drone and good enough for outings. It’s a lot less rugged than a GoPro but if you’re out jogging/swimming/by circling , you should be fine.

Good size, and easy to use. Blues do seem extra blue, but it can be corrected in post. I’m going to get another since this is the size I need and nobody else is making anything this size.

Excellent build quality, video quality, and durability. The only downside is the overheating issues when shooting higher resolution videos.

I gave 4 stars because of the cool module and magnetic design. The camera is not stable enough when using the neckless to hold on your chest. Overheating is another huge issue.

The. Biggest problem is overheat . Although it comes with a case , it won’t prevent it from being automatically shut off. It’s just a case to a avoid burning skin .

Great camera, works very very well, better than Gopro, but get heat when recording in 4K

No issues so far. Used it for recording Hyperlapse while bike riding.

This camera is awesome and worked amazingly well while white water rafting.
