I found the results of many previous video reviews on sites like YouTube and Vimeo to be accurate. The fly time listed for the Phantom 4 by DJI with these batteries just isn't accurate. Maybe, when there's no wind and you're flying at minimum height and speed. Maybe. But that just isn't practical or realistic for every-day use. I find the flight time to be around 20-23 minutes tops. Not quite the 28 minutes as advertised on the DJI website. Couple that with the fact that when the battery gets to roughly 25% (maybe 30, I forget) the drone's remote control starts to beep and then the paranoia sets in and makes me fearful to fly it without putting in a spare battery. That's a long-winded response for "it doesn't last as long as they say" and it's really the only con. The indicators for level on the top of the battery are nice and clear, the battery snaps in nice and secure, looks sleek when attached to the drone, and is built incredibly well. This is a great battery. But you're going to want 3 or 4, honestly.

Works like it is supposed to. I was apprehensive whether it would last as long as the original boxed one, and it did. I still believe the price is a little steep.

I have had every LiPoly pack about made. Several thousand over the past ten years and DJI has made the best pack and charging system I ever seen to date. I have 12 of this pack and two P4 quads and the way they use matched medical quality cells and how they have space between the sells for cooling and the quality soldering and the charging balance system is as good as your going to get with today's technology. My flight time has dropped 5 min max on my oldest pack with 200 charges. Well worth it. The self discharge feature built in is great and I feel does extend LiPoly life. Just buy it and fly

The DJI battery packs in general have always been good quality in my experience delivering good flight time and a long life. The Phantom 4 flight battery doesn't disappoint. With LiPo batteries caring for them properly always make them last longer and perform better. To help with this these packs feature a programmable delay in days before the pack automatically puts itself into storage mode. This helps the battery from decaying and really prolongs its functional life. This feature along with the built-in charge level display and solid build quality make the DJI batteries a great value.

If you have a DJI phantom 4 drone then you need to have extra batteries. I personally have 3. Even though DJI states you get 28 minutes with your battery under ideal conditions, when you fly in non ideal conditions then you don't get 28 minutes. Plus the DJI phantom 4 is so much fun, 25 minutes passes by like 5 minutes. So you must have extra batteries to get the maximum fun during a flight. Instead of ordering off the DJI website and waiting days to get the battery it is ideal that Best Buy sells them and you can have your extra batteries right away.

This battery has an awesome length your able to fly. It also charges very quick and allows you to start flying in no time!

It keeps it charge. Will certainly buy again. It's not too heavy and fits perfectly not like others.

This extra battery is great. I do not shop at Best Buy any more. Every time im in the store there is a product that had a posted price and they say it is an old price and the sale just ended. Then the manager, a grey haired man with braces comes over and says the price is expired and sorry and acts like I'm doing something wrong. This last time I left the store and came back and it was the old price! No more Best Buy for me!!

Good battery life, I can charge it quickly in mi charger hub with the other three batteries

Imagine this.. you are flying happily around with your drone, enjoying every moment, and you get the notification that you're low on your battery. Not a fun time waiting while your battery to recharge. But with the extra battery, you come back, change it out and you're ready to go again. Each battery gives you about 30 minutes of flying depending on how fast you're going. Definitely buy an extra if you can..

This battery fit extremely well in slot. They stay in so much than previous models.

Great battery for a drone. Long lasting and not as heavy as the ones I've had before!

I bought 2 of these, and they are excellent little batteries. If you bought a Phantom 4, you will WANT a couple extra of these to extend your straight flying time. The charge time is not anywhere near the 1.5 hours they say, its more like 45 minutes. And, the average fly time on safe mode is pretty close to 30 minutes.

OEM batteries so work fine. Love the flight time, and led battery level indicators.

Charges fast, seems to still have good length of charge after many uses

I bought a spare battery when I purchased the drone which I am glad I did. I like flying around the countryside looking at the scenery from a different perspective then ever before. I get a full 21 minutes of flying out of each battery and most of the time I wish I had a third battery. I will definitely be buying more because for me, 42 minutes is not enough.

Fits well and is long lasting. Better fitting than previous models.
