Luckily best buy customer service is great, and they've exchanged it both times, and I got a good battery. The good ones work great, the bad ones do. Nothing.

Posted .Hey Carlos. The Phantom 4 battery is entirely compatible with the Phantom 4 Pro. Although it is smaller in capacity, with a firmware upgrade it will work flawlessly with the P4P.
Batteries were defective / appeared remanufactured

Returned them and received 2 more to be delivered in-store so they could check them prior to pickup. Had to return ONE of those batteries because it didn't work. They could not replace, as now discontinued, and I had to pay another $ 75, in addition to original $ 100, for the replacement battery. Not happy with the way Best Buy handled this! After spending that much money on the drone and 2 extra batteries, and the hassles of returning TWICE, BB should have done something better for a loyal customer. TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTED WITH SERVICE!!!

My times have been about 5 minutes less. If you take into account a few minutes of getting to destination and returning home at 15-20% battery life, then your actual flight time goes down more. It's SO worth getting another battery or two. You'll thank yourself by the second or third flight. For all that this drone does, and for the joy that it'll bring you, stay in the air as long as you can.
