Excellent drone. Very good for beginners and intermediate users. It has some nice features of more advance drones. DJI’s are very good drones easy to fly and control. Their customer service is really good and they offer some reasonable extended warranty.

I received the drone itself, controller, 2 battery packs and carrying bag, that was it. The drone was missing the gimbal protector, cables, spare props, ND filters, etc. (everything that is pictured on the Fly More kit) The controller only had an Iphone cable connector which was useless to me since I don't own an apple phone. I was unable to test it. The props were not installed on the drone and still had dirt/streak marks on them from hitting something. Thus, I sent this back 2 days later after it was shipped to me. How can this product be advertised as Geek Squad refurbished?

Kinda of a risky deal but you can always return it. For me, two of the batteries were not working - they may have been in hibernation but after an hour on the direct charger each they were not waking up. Returned and bought new.

Hours of fun, great fun! Maneuvers with great accuracy, outstanding photos. Follow me and home features wowing great. Fit a geek squad recertification it was one heck of a deal.

Came in decent shape for refurbished but one battery didn’t work. Best Buy wouldn’t replace the bad battery it came with without returning the entire package even with the order information. We returned it and got our money back

Total bummer i tried to save some money and buy a refurbished drone my first one I ordered was missing batteries. Then dealt with the headache of returning the item, once I got it returned I was ordered a new one! Great news until I opened the box and the drone itself was broken and missing parts as if someone used it as a junkyard drone and robbed it of crucial parts. I ended up waiting to long apparently to return it just due to life and work so not I’m stuck with a broken drone moral of the story I will buy new next time.

Drone and controller were in great condition. Returned, because all the batteries were puffed/swollen. Gave 3 stars because Best Buy retun policy is great.

Great Fun, being my first drone I was blown away how easy the controls are and learning the app. Sensors detect like they should and camera is sharp and easy to operate as it is thru your phone.no need to worry about flying with a low battery as it will automatically fly home once it hits a certain percent pictures and video are excellent.

Was very excited to receive my drone so fast however very upset that ive only got one battery to fly with very disappointing

Definitely not as advertised it is supposed to be an air2s I received an air 2 with a missing battery and none of the extra props and one one the filters missing from the set thought I could save a little bit of money this way but no chance I’m trying this again if this is the quality control that goes into “refurbishing” this pack

This refurbished Air 2S works great and does not show any signs of use/abuse. Battery life, functions, range, remote control and accessories in the combo are all good. I'm glad I bought this one instead of a brand new one.

If your looking to have fun and do tricks or are just starting to fly drones this drone os amazing it can do anything you want with and and gives back amazing camera quality. I highly recommend.

Drone seems to work fine. Packaging was missing the charger. Best buy said the only way for me to have the issue resolved was to return/exchange the drone and wait for them to ship another one; they wouldn't give me store credit or offer to send me a charger. I bought a charger off Amazon. Don't plan on making any future purchases with Best Buy.

I paid a premium to ensure that the drone was reset to factory, since these drones are tied to a particular phone and controller. What I got was just a drone and a controller. It was not even cleaned, much less reset. No case, no parts, not even a charger. When I contacted support, they explained that this was all the previous owner gave them and sent me to the store where manager said that although they had the parts in the store, ‘refurbished’ items did not come with any sort of guarantee. So if you want a box with a well used drone that will fly for about 30 minutes, this is the one. Of course, you’ll still have to pair it with your phone.

Absolutely like new. All attachments needed. No issues setting up. And price was great. However hearing other stories it's not always the case. And customer service options for anything helpful is to offer a return. No actual exchange. T

This plane looks like it was brand new looking. Very professional work. Had a few issues with stuff missing. But customer services helped with what they could. Anyways excellent job guys.

Has worked perfect. We will use it for our football practice to record from a different angle. Very happy with it, was very easy for our football tech crew to learn how to operate.

Same thing the is my 2nd order first one some parts was missing I have to return and get another one. I do not recommend any refurbished drone.

I was skeptical at first with the geek swuad refurbished however it was pratically new in the box with the plastic still on it
