I was skeptical at first with the geek swuad refurbished however it was pratically new in the box with the plastic still on it

Great drone. Refurbished but runs like new with over a 100 flight hours since purchasing.

When I picked up the drone yesterday they brought out a DJI box instead of a shipping box so I thought right away "that's strange". Then the closer she got with said box there was labels all over the box and it at one point had parking tape holding it shut but on top of that was making tape that on 2 sides had been cut open already. There were supposed to have been DJI manuals in the box! There were none! But the drone was 99% ok. I say 99% because one of the sets of propellers was unusable because they had nicks in the blades like it was ran into something with that set on the drone.

I know that 'open box' can be luck of the draw, but I gave it a chance. The box was fastened shut with a couple of pieces of masking tape and that made me nervous, but everything was there and it was in excellent shape. I tested it out and everything worked fine. I've since used it with the DJI app, the Litchi app and a flight planning website called ancient.lands (check it out!) and the drone runs flawlessly. My drone fleet has a new flagship.

No issues with this drone. Worked wonderful out of the box and have been using it daily!

Best Buy service is top notch, the purchase was seamless and so was the return. I returned the drone because the air craft was heating up from the bottom unlike my buddy's same air craft model. Having said that, I will purchase another refurbished drone knowing that best Buy stand behind their commitment.

I bought one, it arrived two days ago. I flew to Brazil and when I got here to test it, the sensors are not working. and now I can't change it because I won't be back for 2 months

Love this drone. DJI knows how to make a quality product. Buying through Best Buy was the best decision. They know what the customer wants and what is needed. Plus they back their products up. I will always look for my electronics with Best Buy.

Pay close attention to what you get. Even though you're clearly ordering an Air2S they sent me the Air2. It may have been an honest mistake but how could you not notice when it's clearly stamped on the propeller arm. Physically look identical but the specs are entirely different. Paid for performance and got a lemon, reminds me of "Crazy Eddie" baited and switched.

Do not buy Best Buy refurbished or open box products! There is a reason they were returned, clearly Best Buy does not have the ability to refurbish things. I purchased this Geek Squad Refurbished Drone and the gimbal is broken on it. It turns on, so I am sure that is all they verified and called it good.

I love this drone and how well it operates. It’s very smooth in its controls.

After reading mixed reviews ordered one of these figuring I would just return it if things were bad. Everything was new and in sealed packaging. Been flying it for a couple weeks with no issues. Very happy with my choice of an Air 2S and saving $500!
