    After reading mixed reviews ordered one of these figuring I would just return it if things were bad. Everything was new and in sealed packaging. Been flying it for a couple weeks with no issues. Very happy with my choice of an Air 2S and saving $500!

    I read a lot of the complaints about this item. My mistake and (blessing in disguise) was reading them after I made the purchase. Everything was included drine was not bound to anyone and it flys great. Im a satisfied customer.

    Bought refubrished product, everything worked great except 2 of 3 batteries were dead. Instead of replacing just the batteries they want to return everything. Now after reading comments I wonder if they check them now or just sell it again to another person...

    I bought this trusting it would work. However, I haven’t been able to use it once because geek squad did not bother to check and verify if it was bounded to the previous owner. Which the drone is indeed bound to the previous owner. I took it back to Best Buy and they said they couldn’t do anything about it! I wasted my money. This will be the last time I ever order from Best Buy. I have spent THOUSANDS at Best Buy.

    This is the second Best Buy Refurbished Air 2S I’ve ordered. The first was in perfect condition and I’m sure the next will be as well! Very happy with my purchase.

    Ordered this thinking it was a great deal. Arrived in just the soft sided careying case, no instructions, missing batters, charger, and nd filters. Drone needed ginble calibration in order to work properly.

    Very disappointed. I have been a Best Buy customer for over a decade and this is the first time I have ventured into the “Geek Squad Refurbished” department. I don’t think they even opened the box.

    Claims that it goes 3 mi in the sky and 7 mi away. So far I've only been able to go 1600 ft in the air and 3400 ft distance. But still better than any other drone that I've ever owned
