Refurbished? Worth it or not?

The first one I had to send the remote controller back in due to the fact it would not hold a charge and the second drone bundle I bought the camera on the drone never worked from day one. I just don't have any confidence in the refurbished product after this, plus you have to send the product back and wait for another to come all in which takes too much time. Being a full time drone operator owning a business in which I need these drones every day there ought to be a better way to exchange a product from here if it doesn't work instead of having to send it back and wait, Love DJI but will not buy any more refurbished products from Best Buy.

Learning curve

The delivery was right on time and the savings of it being refurbished allowed me to pick up a few accessories. I’m looking forward to using it more and eventually getting the remote 3 controller.

You are able to get flying within 50 seconds or less compared to the avatas several minutes.
