    I give zero stars because the drone was not factory reset and all items were still connected to previous owner. The drone became “lost” due to it not connecting to my home location. Could not retrieve drone due to no serial number. I contacted many people and got no resolution. I’m out $700 the cost of replacing the drone.

    I received the product damaged. The Gimbal didn’t work and the store didn’t allow me to return the product. I was traveling internationally and needed a compact drone. The store did not provide any support or assistance.

    I would give the "Geek Squad" negative stars if it was possible. The "geek squad" certified" drone did not come with a battery for the drone or the goggles. Furthermore, other items were not included that should have been..

    I consider myself a drone enthusiast but DJI really drains your wallet with their drones as much as I would love to just get a chimera 7 or flywoo explorer if you crash it it’s over and DJI safety features are awesome I recently bought a geek squad certified DJI fpv which came with a broken camera luckily the return policy was great just make sure you are returning within 15 days of getting the drone if something is wrong and to keep the boxes I’ve had the drone for 2 weeks now it’s amazing would recommend geek squad but people have had bad experiences with them in the past so be careful

    This Drone is great i tested one out from my friend and i can honestly say this is my dream drone. Im planning on starting a youtube channel with this drone so i cant wait to purchase one. I highly recommend getting this if you want a FPV drone. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Did not come with screws for props, tools, or manual. Device was bounded to another persons account atill despite a hand written sticker on it saying "not bound" dont waste your time or money on "geek squad certified" junk
