    The drone I recived was not flown and I was able to get DJI care. The drone it self takes great pictures and videos. Very worth the price.

    Best buy used a 3rd party shipping company, they said they delivered the drone and they never did!! Asked for a replacement and Best Buy declined the replacement 3 times. I am still dealing with best buy, told best buy to contact the shipping company and ask for my signature and they never did! Do not get anything delivered to your house, they are using a poor 3rd party shipping company and you will risk losing your order and best buy will not provide a refund! BUYER BEWARE.

    The drone had already been activated. One of the batteries had been used 36 times. DJI told me to take it back. Did not qualify for DJI refresh. Ended up taking it back.

    I got a drone that has only 1 cycle on one of the batteries. The other two batteries has zero cycles and this was cheaper than the DJI website for a referbished unit. I would recommend to friends and family to buy this product. Now i have to see if i can get care refresh through DJI by contacting support.
