Product IS NOT refurbished

These are crashed drones that have missing parts and have NOT been repaired. Read the other 1-star reviews. They are exactly right. In my case, the drone arrived with obvious crash damage to every single propeller (scratches and chips on the blade edges), as well as similar damage to the housing. There was even dirt in the battery bay.

Incomplete Products

So now I have to wait until Monday to fly it because I had to order separate propellers. Is there anything yall are able to do for me?

Missing Items

Save about $30+ and buy it brand new. I got my drone with missing blades, manual and hardware. Contacted the online chat whicht they then directed me to visit a store location, once i did that, i was directed to call a number. Which they then told me that, simce it is refurbished, the only option is to retrun the item (out if stock) and wait for a refund. Then place another order and wait again.
