Although it didnt come with all the contents. Its been good to me so far

Drone did not come in a box and paperwork was missing. All contents were already in the bag. No packaging. Everything works so far except one of the batteries is dead. Seems like a return and not refurbished since battery would not charge.

Everything was ok. Just wrong propellers in the box. I wish the works have paid more attention to it.

Did not include the charger or propellers Could not get anyone to help because it was open box. So much for your geek squad certified. Not that you care, but you’ve officially lost me as a customer. Worked for this company for almost a decade as a manager and never expected to see your customer service go downhill to this level.

Im not a pro or what. I just want to try to use a drone for my photography and little of videos and this cute drone have it all i need. As a first time flyer i would say the remote and interface is very user friendly. Great job Dji

Great priced on a refurbished piece, only thing is I hope I have the warranty to get it fixed. It got away from me during takeooff because the stick on the controller got stuck and the left front arm broke. Hopefully they can fix it during my repair appointment!

It was shipped out all the time. The people at Best Buy were really professional help me out really appreciate everything they do. The quality of material was over the top. I have had hours and hours of fun. definitely recommend the pro series over the 3

Honestly would've thought it was brand new. Geek Squad does an amazing job assuring refurbished products are fully functional and up to retail standards.

3 batteries were supposed to arrive but 2 arrived without the base to charge 0 spare parts 0 spare screws 0 screwdrivers No cables of any kind I just wonder, why don't they check what they send? The geek squad is supposed to be a very professional team that thoroughly and lovingly reviews each product. My product lacked a lot of love.

It was awesome until the drone decided to keep ascending even thou i wasn't pushing up on the controller.
