Had to return as one of the motors wasn’t working properly. I won’t buy refurbished items any longer. Also had to pay a restocking fee for returning a broke drone not happy about that

This has been such a process to get a drone. Please keep them in stock at the store because this is my 3rd time purchasing one. Supposedly certified refurbished doesn’t mean it works. Had to return it and get another. Now I’m postponing my departure for my Chicago trip because we can’t seem to get it right. ORDER MORE DRONES AND KEEP THEM IN THE STORE

Nothing less than exceptional from DJI. This bird is amazing.

Received the item and immediately recognized from multiple indentations in the top as well as in two motors and damaged propellers that it has been in an accident. Gimbal was not responding or moving with the controller. I did not bother to try flying it. Requested a replacement. As others mentioned Best Buy has lost its "Geek Squad Certified" credibility. If replacement is also not functional and / or missing parts or has significant cosmetic damage, will return that one and get a factory sealed one.

Everythings checked out and works fine, saved a few bucks.

All accessories included. Everything has worked great.

Best drone for your budget, Video quality is Great!

I got a great refurbished one first round. I actually wrecked it recently and took it into BB to see if they’d honor my Total Tech on it. Wasn’t sure since it was refurbished and they don’t say it’s got care on the website. They swapped it out no problem and the refurbished one I got in return was also in great shape

Came with a mixed set of propellers, some of which were for a different model and one of which was broken. Included several of the wrong kind of screw and not enough of the right kind, so I could only attach 6 of the 8 props. The council then called for an immediate vote of no confidence and it was subsequently taken back to the store within 90 minutes of having received it.

I bought this to take with me on a road trip through the Southwest US. Didnt use it too much as you cant use them in National Parks. But I was able to take it out a few time and got some awesome footage.

Not bad for first drone even if it use you can take 70$ insurance

Mine arrived in the factory box. Looked new, but obviously had been used. It had pictures of inside a warehouse stored on the inboard memory. The original owner had been signed out of the controller, but not the drone. The drone was easily reassigned to my account. No problems.

Excelleanr flight tine. If you upgrade the batteries look into renote id if you sticj with the regular batteries then you are under the weight limit to reigister.

Great drone was near brand new when i got it and had 0 flight hours on it only missing a full set of props but luckily came with the spare set.

Beats any drone you can think of I’ve flown it flawlessly 3 times since my purchase and it is a outstanding item the RC controller really puts the cherry on top along with the crystal clear image.
