Let me start with the shipping package; of the inflatable packing film, only one of the several packets were inflated so the contents were not secure and were bounced around. The drone box itself was not taped shut so the drone, controller, and the box contents were tossed about in the shipping package. Next the controller and propellers; controller is defective. The rotation control stick only gives 19% and 2% of left/right rotation, respectively. Some of the propellers appear as if they were involved in a crash. Why Best Buy would call this “Geek Squad Certified Refurbished” is beyond comprehension. Certified and Refurbished by whom? Best Buy should be embarrassed to put their seal of approval on an item like this.

Controller and screen were in excellent condition, however the drone itself was essentially broken. Far from “refurbished”.

DJI Mini Pro3 is a tiny beast! Amazing maneuverability, it’s quiet, and it’s nimble. A lot comes in this tiny package! Great job DJI!

Do not buy*, my charger and screw driver was not in the box and they told me they will not send it to me.

Be careful. Total Protection doesn't cover this item. Flew, broke, returned.

I shorted a star, perhaps I should hold out 2. The unit is advertised as refurbished. While that word means many things, thrown back in the box and shipped isn't one of those meanings. My drone was free of defects, and after a FULL charge (both aircraft battery and controller battery were completely dead) worked as it should. The controller was still registered to the original owner which meant I had to do a full reset on it. Before resetting, I was able to determine that my unit was nearly a year old (6/22) and for those wondering, NO, you can't register for the insurance with DJI on a refurbed unit unless you are still within a short time frame from the date of manufacture. Overall, I'm not mad since mine works fine and the price was fantastic! It came poorly packaged and was dumped from the original box into the giant shipping box with a few air bags for cushion. If you are a stickler for warranty and extended service, pay the retail! If you can handle the fear of "will it work," get this "refurb" unit. I received the aircraft, original battery, one set of propellars and the controller in the retail box (not resealed) with no paperwork or packing material inside the retail box.

I received my unit with the original packaging and excellent condtion. One set of propellers were in a zip lock back along with the screws and screw driver but they were all in new condition. The only reason why i gave it four stars instead of five was because you don’t have the option to add in the best buy warranty but if you buy it brand new you can add this option on. I have total tech so I was hoping to have this protected through my total benefits. The unit did t that it was activated for over 110 days which im guessig was from the original purchaser. But i wasn’t too worried because i submitted the video verification to DJI and was able to add in the Care Refresh directly through DJI. I submitted the video verification and received my approval less than 6 hours later. It was probably closer to 4 hours later. So overall for the price and condition i am very happy and would definitely buy another drone refurbished from best buy again to save the money for pretty much a brand new unit.

Drone arrived unboxed as expected from other reviews but was missing parts including battery, spare blades, screwdriver, screws and charge cable. Luckily I borrowed a friends spare battery. It powered up fine, remote worked, wasn’t bound to another user. But then noticed blades were damanged and the unit had already been active for 160 days with about 2 hours of flight time. Definitely not in “as-new” condition. The good news is Bestbuy are replacing. Let’s see what the replacmenf is like. Hopefully I’ll have better luck. A bit disappointed in the whole “geek squad guarantee” but not surprised given all the other reviews. Still think its worth the gamble for the saving. I’ve had so many drones its hard to justify shelling out over $1000 each fime for the latest one. If this is your first one then go pay the extra and get a new one. Also get the RC option. Much bettter.

I did my research and settled on this model for my first "real" drone and YouTube videos (research) didn't fail me, this thing is extremely easy to fly and use,it comes loaded with "quickshots", "mastershots", "hyperlapse " modes that make taking stunning videos seem like an easy task; the only thing you'll battle is time, as i always run out of battery before I'm ready to, but the battery life is fairly impressive, i highly recommend getting at least 2x of the 47min battery DJI sells. Your best option,i hate to admit, is just buying the DJI Fly more plus kit, because you'll need a charger also. I have no cons

The DJI MINI 3 Pro is a great workhorse drone, I’ve made my money back on this investment shooting spots for broadcast. I’ve had it in a 20 knot gust and it handlers( although I wouldn’t fly in sustained winds that high. The video quality is great and has lots of great features. The RC with the screen is a must, I’ll never buy a drone without one. If your hesitant about purchasing a refurbished product I can say I was at first but I took a chance and was very impressed.

Great drone with many features that one would want on a professional drone. The camera isnt the best and will record high quality under the right conditions however, if there is not ideal lighting, you will see the noise. if you are a professional, know you will need to edit that out a little bit. if you are a hobbyist or recreational pilot, this drone is perfect. do not rely on the obstacle avoidance, i have crashed this drone already flying sideways. it only detects things in front and to the back of it.

So I was worried a lil bit after seeing pictures of drones showing up in zip lock bags so far I’m impressed mine looks brand spanking new not one scratch at all anywhere now to charge and see about getting previous owner account erased if it’s still on my drone I will add more reviews later

My first drone and it is so easy to use. The picture quality is professional and I would highly recommend. Battery life is excellent for my uses as I can usually make several flights on a single charge

Picked up the Geek Squad Certified Refurbished DJI Mini 3 Pro with the built-in screen remote, and I’ve gotta say—it exceeded expectations. The drone looked practically brand new, no scratches or wear, and the camera quality is stunning. That touchscreen controller makes flying way more intuitive, especially without needing to pair a phone. Setup was smooth, and even though it’s refurbished, it still came with warranty coverage. For the price, it’s a killer deal and a solid way to get into aerial photography without compromising on features.

Came a bit banged up, had to order it twice because it came with no propellers and battery the first time.second time it came with a battery but it is a bit defective and gives me an error. The propellers all were bent to a degree. It works and for the price it's a decent bargain

Worlds better than my old drone So easy to use. Great range, too. Definitely get the one with the built in monitor on the controls.

I have a DJI Air2 and was looking for a mini. I think DJI makes a superior product. I'm on the waiting list for a refurbished M4P at DJI and then I saw this available on BB. Reading reviews of refurbished DJI drones from BB was hit and miss. A lot of complaints of drones still registered to the previous owner but the price was too good to pass up so I took the chance. What I got looked to be a new, never used DJI M3P! Not a scratch on it. Nothing came with it except the props and screwdriver. I ran it through the paces for DJI care and it passed. So I ended up with a NEW DJI M3P and 2 years of DJI Care for under $400! Wow. If I ever get my M4P from DJI, this one will go to the grandkids

I snagged this open box item for just $280 - what an INCREDIBLE BARGAIN! Everything arrived securely packaged and in practically pristine condition. There were absolutely no signs of previous use or damage. The controller looked mint with zero scratches on the screen or marks on the casing. While the propellers were missing, I'd already ordered a replacement set just to be safe. The unit was clearly a return rather than a used item - probably brand new but without the original packaging. Everything was carefully protected during shipping though. I totally lucked out!!! I'll definitely keep my eyes open for similar deals in the future and won't hesitate to take another chance. This purchase was a major win for me!

Small but fast n good camera cream a his own camera so I don’t have to attach my phone with it

This drone is amazing!!! I definitely recommend the pro model over the others. The added features are a big bonus. I bought a refurbished model and was nervous there could be come complications but the unit I was sent is pretty much a brand new product with no signs of use.
