The first unit I got had a storage issue and the drone was unable to authenticate with DJI. I contacted DJI and they were unable to remotely authenticate it on their end. They asked me to contact their service center. Instead of waiting for months through DJI, I returned it and ordered the drone again. The second time the drone came in excellent condition, the only issue was it was missing the propellers. I asked and was given a set of new propellers. For $150+ cheaper, you are getting DJI Mini 3 prices with an update to the Mini 3 Pro. There are some risks and caveats, but overall Best Buy has your back. I would absolutely recommend this purchase.

Great drone for the price. Wont let you hit anything and the built in screen on the controller is a must. I use for work for the last 2.5 years and has been great.

Item was great. Just needed to replace the propellers. some light scratches on drone but over al it flys as it should.

I had the phantom 4 a long time ago when it first came out and this is all that in a tiny package. Does everything I expected and more . Awesome drone , great quality camera that makes even bad shots look cinematic. Bonus feature is the camera being able to record in verticals format, very underrated ability. 10/10 would recommend.

Good condition, battery life was mint, controller was linked to previous owner account but was easy enough to remove it. Only issue is camera in video mode the iso is king of flunky I am still testing it out to see if it’s a hardware issue or setup but besides that it is a good product and option

Is a good drone , I was afraid I was getting one really damaged but. One just had some damage with the propellers but it came with replacement ones so not big issue, only issue I had, was that it came with the last owners user in the controller, if is supposed to be verified by the geek squad they are not doing a very good job.

Buying refurbished from Best Buy/Geek Squad is an absolute risk. I purchased this knowing it was a risk from the start, however, what I got for this price was still unacceptable. This drone has a broken gimbal, a broken wire, and a cracked arm. Luckily I was able to repair everything myself. I did receive everything that was listed within the listing. Others haven't been so lucky. Also, the previous owners account was still logged into the device/remote. Another instance where I got lucky that the device was not bound to that account. My experience (along with others that have purchased this) proves that these are not refurbished, or even examined for proper use. The people in charge of and conducting the repairs DESPERATELY need proper training on what refurbishing means and how to properly do so. The only thing that saves this from getting a one-star rating, is solely because of the excellent customer service representative I had when I voiced my complaints. I was able to get a partial refund of what these repairs cost me, as I didn't want to return this for an exchange and get a possibly worse condition product. Again beware, I don't think the cost savings is worth the risk involved.

This "refurbished" drone does not act like a refurbished item! It runs great, it moves how you want it to move. The picture quality is okay, but the video quality is amazing! Everything works great, the battery does get hot when it does its updates but other than that its awesome.

This is my 4th drone and by far the best. It’s small, high quality video, obstacle avoidance, and comes with a controller with a huge screen. I’ve had to use my phone in the past and while it worked, it left me without a phone while I used it. I am familiar with DJI controls and response time to controls so I picked it up pretty quickly. I would say this is a good drone for beginners because of the obstacle avoidance. Battery life lasts me long enough for what I need but I can see myself purchase additional batteries down the line. Did I mention that the video quality is excellent?

Drone arrived in perfect shape. Like new. I’ve had zero issues with it so far. Not I just have to hope congress doesn’t ground me and every other DJI drone pilot out here.

I was worried when I read all the bad reviews about buying a refurbished drone. But I just couldn’t pass up the tremendous savings so I rolled the dice and ordered the DJI Mini 3 Pro. I guess I lucked out because mine was perfect. When I checked the flight log it had only 10 minutes of flight and the battery had only been charged once. All the parts were there except the gimbal cover and I was able to pick one of those up off Amazon for $8. Everything looked brand new and functioned perfectly. I love this drone it does so many things for being such a small drone. I wouldn’t be afraid to purchase a refurbished one again either.

Packaging was a joke. No box or any paperwork, just drone and remote. Apparently someone bought it and returned it within the 2 weeks, drone had 2.45 hours of flight time and logged 18km. Blades were removed and I was missing s screw. It flew perfect and the RC remote is a great thing to have. I did save $260 but had to jump through hoops to get the DJI care refresh.

they sell used things without checking the products, it arrived without a battery and with a blow and without a set of propellers because I suppose the other one was destroyed when they hit it, a very bad job of an alleged inspection of the product, bad job on refurbished.

I will say it's more and more sketchy to buy refurbished tech products these days but I have never had a problem with best buy refurbished tech. This drone has worked perfectly for around 100 hrs of flight time so far.

The drone I got sounded like it was going to break at any second. The flight was perfect, the gimbal on the other hand made constant loud motor sounds that made it seem like it was going to break. The risk was not worth it for me since I returned it the same day I recieved it. It seems like with refurbished drones, 30% of them turn out to be fine but the other 70% have a defect too big to ignore.

Great drone. I use for photography and some work videos. Has great picture and no issues flying it. Has really good distance. What I like best is the controller and. Not having to use my ohone
