Got one of the good ones in near mint shape and I love it. AND I think that Best Buy has been reading these reviews as my drone came with a Geek Squad email address that had no ties to any accounts and I had no issues registering it with DJI. Probably the only negative thing is that since it a return and had initially been registered a month or so before I bought it, I have to complete and online form and test video to be able to get DJI Care Refresh coverage. Not a big hassle considering I saved a lot of cash with the discount and using my stash of BB reward certificates.

Bought this CERTIFIED refurbished Mini 3 for my son for christmas. Everything was nice Until we flew the first time. Took it in the air, and within 5 minutes, it was looking unstable and the camera did not function properly. We got an error code and immediately brought it down. Said gunble needed to be calibrated. No big deal, so we went through the steps, and it just started making clicking noises, and the camera was going crazy. I took a closer loo, and the camera was inly attached to one side of the drone. The other side was completely unattached. Happy Best buy gave me a full refund.

My son loves this! Debated getting it for him as he was only 10 at the time but it’s perfect! Great quality and camera is super clear!

I read all the negitive reviews on here about the risk of getting a renewed Mini 3 pro from Geek Squad and decided the savings was worth the risk and i have to say it was. The drone i got looked brand new. Not a scratch dent ding or even a smudge of dirt on the thing. It even had the tape and plastic on the camera that protects it until someone buys it. And it wasnt bound to another account either. So glad i took a chance on it and id for sure do it again.

I saw all the reviews and figured if it was defective I could just return it. I even opened it outside of the Best Buy just to be sure. It came with everything - even backup propellers. Luckily there were backup propellers as the propellers on front left side of the drone were unusable. Despite that, backup propellers cost less than $10 for a full set, so I effectively ended up paying $2.50 for that mistake. Still a much better saving than any other source on the web tho. I'll count myself lucky for this one

I had similar experience with this certified purchase as others that have commented. My first drone arrived damaged as if it had been in a small collision. Very disappointing. However Customer Support was amazing with helping to rush another drone to me. This one arrived in practically new shape but was missing a battery. Between the 2 units I was able to create one great one and return the rest. The drone itself is amazing. Fun to fly and the pics and videos it takes are just beautiful.

Besides arriving in a ziplock bag shoved into a small cardboard box, the drone looked like it was in good shape. The remote and drone both powered on and linked together just fine. The problem was that it was still linked to the previous owners account. Promptly returned it to the store for a refund and bought refurbished from DJI website. Theirs showed up in a shrink wrapped box, appearing as brand new and it was $30 less.

I got refurbished hoping to save few bucks. The drone is ok, manual could be bit more better, the obstacle sensor do not work sometime, too bad I figured out this defect after 30 days. Has nice video and photo quality. Should have waited for the prime day to get new one in better price.

Small learning curve, but once you get it - it is very fun.

Not refurbished, it was in used condition! The prior owners account was not removed from the software. Additionally there where no propellers. I had to order them online before I could fly . Terrible experience

Best investment I made, I was able to use and return my money in 2 months. Also having a lot fun with my friends.

I'm another who took the risk with ordering the refurbished Mini 3 Pro. Everything I received was in excellent condition. The only item missing was the USB-C cable for charging. I have several cables, so that was not a real issue. Drone and controller were in fantastic condition. I did have to sign out the previous owner, but that also allowed me to see it had only been flown for 22 minutes. Great deal for the price.

Amazingly small, yet great performance like my much bigger drones. Perfect travel companion.

So far i have had trouble with the gimble motors making noises on 2 units i have returned. Before it did fault out i did enjoy the control stule and goggles were very nice when used with the drone. I would recommend a new version of this drone for sure.

I took my chance in buying a certified refurbished and ended up disappointed. Positives: *No missing accessories (extra propellers still available) *No issues with RC Negatives: *Broken propellers were still installed on the drone. *Broken gimbal, doesn't work *Previous user took the original cable and replaced it with anker cable I'd still recommend it but not the refurbished one. Buy a new one!

The Drone I got is in great condition . Camera works , it flys great , it also wasn’t locked and was super easy to sign in and make my own account . I would recommend buyers when ordering to get it sent to Best Buy to pick up just Incase anything is wrong they will help .
