At first I was skeptical on buying a refurbished drone. I’m happy that I did. I received a drone and controller in perfect condition. It didn’t even looked like it was used. I have about 7-8 hours of fly time and everything works perfectly. My neighbor bought himself a refurbished mini pro 3 as well and his was in perfect condition. I recommend buying it to save a few hundred dollars.

This drone is excellent. It fly too high and became invisible. It’s sensors are very good, when any bird and obstacle come in path then it’s change its path . The best thing that I like most , it’s camera and video quality . It’s really good to capture live moments when go for a trip. Remote range is also excellent. I love this drone .

I don't know what others are complaining about this refurb unit. It's not gonna be perfect you get what you pay for and honestly it functions well. If it doesn't function then you have the option of returning it. Don't give bestbuy a bad reputation because you have minor inconveniences. It's a refurbished unit.

Excellent product i recommended work good and good condition

Received the mini 3 pro today. First, a propeller was missing and the others were chipped. The icing on the cake is the drone is bound to another account. How is this a refurbished item? Apparently BB is not doing their due diligence. Refurbished is not open box and BB needs to learn the difference between the two. This is definitely going back.

Dont waste youre money. Jump into the Air 3 and you wont regret it.

I upgraded from the Mini SE (1st Gen) to the Mini 3 Pro and wow. Coming from the Mini SE that didn't have any safety features, the M3Pro is amazing. It's light, small and effective for my projects where I need to navigate into tight air spaces. It's Mini but its Mighty!!!!!

Works great. I gotta say I was hella nervous buying refurbished buy thank God I got lucky and everything works! I read many reviews and saw that some didn't get quite as lucky but as for me I'm very satisfied with my product and I would definitely buy refurbished again!

Love the drone, Over all for what I paid and what I got. Good deal, What was a pain, Is drone was still binded to previous owener. Took a lot of talking w DJI to get unbinded. But otherwise good deal. Drone is awesome

Ok, so the reviews for this thing are very scary. I was also hesitant to buy one of these, but I decided to take the plunge. I HIGHLY recommend ordering this to be picked up in the store rather than shipping it to you if possible. A lot of the reviews seemed to complain about how the drone would come damaged, and I thought that a lot of that could have been because of shipping through a third party, so I ordered mine for pickup at a store and it came in exactly the condition I was expecting. The drone works exactly how you would expect a DJI Mini 3 Pro to work. It flies super well and has super clear footage and great pictures. The obstacle avoidance works from every side and I also love having the controller with the screen on it.

this drone is amazing I love it I can fly two and a half miles out with no interference. the price was excellent and I bought it refurbished. I saved a couple hundred dollars

Absolutely love it so easy to use. I was so excited. I bought the brand new one the mini four so now I have two. Obstacle avoidance, the home return button and self landing makes it irreplaceable.

The refurbished drone is so far meeting the expectations of a quality product from Best Buy. Very happy with the guarantees offered with this high end drone. Everything works excellent and is so much fun!

I got this refurbished and it went better than i could’ve expected. Everything was in the packaging, nothing was broken, and it flies just like new. Would recommend buying refurbished!
