Looks pretty much new, it works flawlessly I bought the fly more combo with all batteries plus size, even the cycles on batteries showed 0.. so I’m not sure why the last owner gave it back but W for me… thanks geek squad

Bought a geek squad certified mini 4 and was not flying correctly. Turns out it had a chip on one of the Omni sensors and had damaged blades. Call Best Buy and went to a store and they will not accept the return because I was out of the 15 day return period. Only had the drone for 28 days. Now I am stuck with a drone that doesn’t fly correctly and no accountability from Best But. Don’t buy Geek Squad certified items, essentially drones.

Unbelievable difference from other brands. Great control. I wasted so much on cheaper ones.

I was shocked at the high quality footage for how affordable this drone is. Definitely recommend if you’re just starting out!

This DJI Drone is great and seems to be running fine. I know it is refurbished but so far the product is reacting great. Couple things with this purchase. 15 day return policy is unacceptable and really a bad look for this company so be careful. 2nd they don’t offer an extended warranty on these products. 90 days but not sure what it covers?

Really great drone for the price and what it is. Obviously this isn't the highest tier of drone/camera/etc that DJI makes but it's still a great product that can give you a high quality image. I work in the pro video industry and use it when I need to pack light while on the road. Love the RC as well. Much easier than having to use your phone.

The DJI Mini 4 Pro is an awesome drone for adventure travelers who need to be mindful of weight. I’ve wanted one for a long time and I couldn’t be more happier. It’s jammed packed with features that make it so easy for a first time drone pilot, like me to get amazing footage. I love it!

Amazing condition. The best drone I own. It came with all blades only 2 hour flight time total. Came also with three extended 45 min batteries. DJI mini pro 4 is amazing and the video quality is phenomenal. Perfect pics as well. The gps is spot on and will land exactly where you take off from. Holds over 25 satellite locations so you’ll never have a fly away with this one. With a connection over 20km. It’s a perfect drone and I highly recommend getting this from Best Buy. Saved a lot of money on this one. Thanks Best Buy

I got lucky and received a mini 4 pro with no flight time on it. However it was still bound to the previous owner and the headache of dealing with that was a lot. I had to work with someone in store to get a letter to provide to DJI before they would unbind it. The store who received this return didn’t do anything to verify it was ready to resell. Luckily the staff at the Duluth store were great and helped me out. In addition I didn’t receive a few of the accessories. One of my batteries was an ultra light battery instead of an extended battery. Overall I’m glad I saved the money but it was a lot of work to get to the point where I felt comfortable knowing the product was finally mine. The drone itself is great, 5 stars. The lower rating is for the store that didn’t check the return and caused all the issues.

Works well. Looks fresh from box. No issues and would recommend for anyone. Controls easy for kids to use as well.

There are plenty of Mini 4 reviews out there, so I'll just skip to the purchase experience. Like others have said, it is a roll of the dice as to whether you will get a great drone or a dud. Unfortunately I got a dud. Only 2 of 3 batteries were plus batteries. I was willing to overlook that, but also found that the gimble was damaged. It also still had the first owner's account and some photos on board (looks like it was a great trip to the Dominican Republic) and I think 135 days since it was activated. I ended up returning the drone due to the gimbal issue and was pleased that the return process was easy. All in all, I will probably give the refurbished drones a second shot.

Great drone for entry level or mid to high tier photography/videography.

Controller had a little scuff on it but overall everything was like new and didn't have any issues with not connecting or battery's being funky. So far it's been a great upgrade from the mini 2. If you are looking for a portable 4k drone this one is a bit pricey but the controller with built in screen and the battery bundle is great and makes using it anytime a lot easier!

I read many of the other reviews here and decided to take the chance on a Refurbished unit. Mine is in excellent condition and the only thing missing is one set of propellers (I believe it comes with four). I assume those were installed as part of the refurbishment. When I powered it up, there was no previous profile on the remote and it walked me through activation. I flew the drone and tested out all the functions I could think of yesterday and today. I tried to purchase DJI Refresh but when I input the serial number on their site I received this message, "The service cannot be purchased as your product activation time has expired". The work around for this is to do a video verification. Instructions are on their site but basically you need to do a screen recording with the remote and show and do certain things to verify the drone has no errors.I then connected the remote to my PC and transferred the video, uploaded it to an Unlisted YouTube post, submitted that, contacted customer support through chat, they verified and then I was able to purchase the Refresh plan. I saved $300 at the time of my purchase off of a brand new Fly More Combo Plus and feel it was well worth it.

Item was in excellent condition, no signs of use. The only issue was one of the batteries was not an extended battery, it was a regular one, while this package was advertised with all three batteries being the extended version. I was so pleased with the overall condition and transaction that I didn’t try to return it.

Excellent drone. I really like it — I use it all the time for my work, and it makes it so much easier to take high-quality photos and videos. It’s a very practical and reliable tool for documenting my projects. Highly recommended!

I bought this drone two months ago and have used it ever since. The condition was perfect. Included all the accessories such as extra propeller blades. The drone was in pristine condition and looked as if it was never used. Flys great and have not had any problems at all. Was a bit concerned on buying refurbished items but this one definitely full filled my expectations!
