Best Buy has to be freaking kidding me with this being "Certified Refurbished". Not even close, this is poor condition open box at best. Broken parts, missing pieces, and completely incorrect fly more package sent (purchased fly more plus got regular fly more batteries). 1 Battery dead/broken. No screws to mount propellers. Missing joy sticks for remote. 3 regular intelligent batteries not a single plus battery. Box states correct fly more, actual items were not. Customer service abysmal. Was told I could return and exchange in the store, not true with Geek Certified Refurbished Items, they must be returned or exchanged via 800 number with return label. I've bought refurbished before elsewhere for a variety of items, zero issues. I promise no one even opened this package to look at the contents before throwing it out there for sale. 3 total hours on the phone, 2 hours dealing with a store, not a single dollar offered for the inconvenience, as if peoples time have no value. Disappointing experience to say the least. Used to be a loyal Best Buy customer, that's changing going forward after this experience.

This drone is the best sub 250 gram drone money can buy. With the upgraded controller you can fly this drone over 2 miles away and take STUNNING 4K Video.

Had about 6 hours and 50 miles on the drone when I got it but it was not attached to another account. Paired to my account, registered it, and flew it a few times now. 4K60 on a mini drone is crazy, though the lens zoom is not great because its digital zoom. Drone has crazy quality for its cost and size.

Only reason I didn't give it 5 star is because it was missing the propeller strap no a big deal ordered on Amazon for 10 dollars.. otherwise drone came immaculate and in perfect working conditions very happy with the product

Can tell it was previously used. Has some sand in bag and on item. Item was in good condition. Everything works. Did look like previous owner put everything back in bag and it never saw daylight till opened by me. Item does as DJI states.

Awesome Drone with amazing video quality! Wish the refurbished items had a little more quality control but everything works as expected. ( The drone needed new blades put on as it seemed it crashed)

Refurbished item was in great shape. The memory on the controller had to be reset, but other than that, it works great. The drone takes amazing quality images and is easy to control. Would recommend getting multiple batteries for sure though!

I love it the image quialitu is insane I am a videographer I do for weeding. The estabilización is omg incredible.

I read all the reviews and figured I could just return it if I had too. But $799 was just too much to pass up. It came and looked new. No packing material but everything was there. It had been activated 41 days before but was not bound. One battery had one cycle on it. All the batteries were correct. I was able to get it on my account with no issues and even get the 2 year Dji care plan. I did have to use the video verification process but was able to get it done in a few minutes with the help of the Dji online assistant. So far the drone has been perfect. Learning to use all the new features has been a challenge. Well worth the refurbished discount. Highly recommend!

My major disappointment was it came with literally NO propellers, none mounted to the drone and no extras. I purchased this online because there were none at my local store but, when I contacted Best Buy regarding the props, I was told to go to the store. I went to the store and they told me they couldn't help and they gave me another phone number. I contacted them and they told me there was nothing they could do to help. In the end, I purchased a set of props from Amazon because there were multiple options. Once I got replacement props, the drone works as expected and I have no other complaints. I feel Best Buy should have stepped up and provided something since this was a "certified refurbished" unit and should have come with everything.

beautiful drone when it came the propellers were on backward so it wouldn't take off but after i changed them it was good

Great purchase, the drove arrive with no minute flown, the batteries were all without charge counts.. I'm very happy with the drone and it's way better than mini 3.

I was debating what drone to buy. The DJI mini 4 pro was an excellent choice. It is even better in the wind than I expected. This is a very precise drone with every movement. I can even fly it inside on Cine mode with reduced settings.

Great price for a great drone. Came with everything that a new one would come with. The propellers were sealed alongwith the documentation. The batteries had no charging cycles recorded in it. The drone was in a great nick with no signs of wear or usage. I couldn't figure out the previous hours of flying but it flew, navigated, communicated and returned as a new one would. I was happy with the savings.

My low rating is for Best buy and the geek squad not the DJI mini Pro 4. Considering it is about the product that I received I believe this review is relevant. The drone is awesome. I ordered the refurbished fly more package. Up to the time of this review if you go and look at the features it's specifically says that you get three of the intelligent flight battery plus batteries. This is not true. Mine came with two of the extended flight batteries and one regular batteries. I called them and they basically said I had to send it back in. When I asked if that was a mistake on the website and I got what they're sending out they had no answer for me. At that point considering that I was going to use the drone for something and didn't want to have to go through the time to get it back I figured I would just take it as is. But wait there's more! Lol The 249g ultra Light battery they sent is from the mini 3 Pro and although these batteries are interchangeable the older battery weighs 3 grams more. Therefore, it puts the mini 4 Pro over the 249g limit. It even gives you a warning before you fly. The reason I figured I would just keep that battery was so I could recreationally fly it without a problem. I scoured the ad and nowhere in it does it say anything about this. That could actually get somebody in trouble unless they researched it or caught that the controller gives a warning. Very unprofessional the way they wrote their ad the fact that I got completely different than what they said and that they put an older battery from another product that could potentially have you breaking the law. Very disappointed in that and the way customer service handled it when I called in with the problem. I don't think I will be doing much more business with Best buy especially not anything in conjunction with the geek squad.

Love it. Totally makes my old DJI phantom 4 pro obsolete. Better pictures, better range, better sensors and better price. Does pretty much everything you could wish for in the amateur sector.

Great drone for areal photography and videography. All the automated modes work amazing. The refurbished model I got had no damage or missing parks, it was as if I got a brand new kit.
