This is my My second drone. I have a dji Mini 2 but this one is by far better in any aspect. Highly recommended

DJI knocked it out of the park again. Love this thing. This drone has lived up to all of the hype. Best Buy was amazing and helpful with this purchase. I’d recommend Best Buy and the drone to everyone I know.

Awesome buy at Best Buy! Drone was certified refurbished. Received it and was basically new. 1 battery had 3 cycles and other 2 were brand new. Had 40 min of flight time. Drone in brand new condition. I’ve purchased certified refurbished before here and never had a issue and i saved over $350 bucks so definitely worth it! Thanks Best Buy!!

Received a broken RC2 controller. worked good for 20days then after the return period expired the controller not working. Now I can not even return the product, please do not buy refurbished products.

This drone looks and feels brand new not a scratch or blemish. Steal of a deal with a beautiful color monitor controller( no phone needed, save your battery life) extra blades, 3 extended flight batteries, multi-charger and a nice and secure carry soft bag. The Geeks knocked it out of the park with this one.

Took a chance and won. Everything is as if it was never opened. Protective stickers were on the gimble. 0 hours on the unit and not bound to an account, 0 cycles on the batteries alao. Even came with an extra Plus battery, ie 3 Plus batteries and 1 regular battery. I've out about 4 hours on it and its been amazing.

Everything came in great condition and functional, but the 3 plus batteries were indeed NOT plus batteries and were the normal batteries. I decided to keep it all since it’s still an amazing deal and I really don’t need the extra battery life for what I’ll use it for.

The controller and drone looked to be in excellent condition. I was excited as the drone wasn’t registered or anything. Until I realized the one rotor blade was cracked and the screw to remove that rotor was broken rendering it impossible to fix. So close yet so far, idk if they’ll exchange it in store or make me re order it. So unfortunate

Its DJI, what else you expect. It doesnt get any better than DJI

This thing rocks! Brand new out the box it seems. Only thing looked used was the documentation. I have already done vacation videos and they look awesome! You can’t even try to crash this thing, it just won’t let you screw up.

Drone was new and still in plastic wrap from factory, works great and glad I got one on sale and not full price due to there being nothing wrong with it. Definitely the way to go if looking for a great drone for any use

I couldnt adford the new one so i tried an open box. The price was well below the new one and everything i got was in new condition. Not a mark on anything. Ive read some reviews with negative response. I highly recommend if youre trying to save a buck.

Do not buy. Geek Squad Refurbished is a scam. I received a crashed drone and an RC controller with a horrible fan noise. I reached out to support and they offered me a partial refund of $85. I was curious why they were so eager to offer this so I inquired about the terms and conditions. Eventually I got them to admit that if the partial refund is accepted, it prevents any kind of return or replacement within the 14 day window. They do not disclose this when they offer the partial refund, so this is how they get away with scamming customers and keeping their money when they ship them broken "Refurbished" merchandise. I have lost all faith in Best Buy.

Exceeded My Expectations Little Powerful Drone For Sure Picture Quality On Point Along With Video

The Purchase was initially a disappointment. Geek Squad sent me a drone with numerous parts missing, everything was wrong. After requesting a refund and purchasing again, everything was OK. Excellent product. I recommend.
