I picked up one from bestbuy today, right before i did i asked them if the drone was functional and complete in the box because i saw the negative reviews on here. Just like I suspected, The drone was missing its propellers! I didnt even leave the parking lot and i went to get my refund back asasp.

Absolutely Horrible

IT IS NOT COVERED!!!! I asked 3 times in the store before I ordered the drone online. My drone is showing an error message that has become well known with this drone. Best Buy refused to help me depsite the drone being certified by Geek Squad and me having a Best Buy Total Membership. I feel misled and I hope everyone realizes they will not protect the products that they refurbish.

Geek Squad really messed it up

Drone and remote are registered under TWO different account. Could not be used even after contacting DJI to solve the issue. The remote has footage of its previous owner's contents as well. Also, the remote did not come with any control sticks. Will probably try ordering another one see if I can get a good one... Good price, but Geek Squad needs to do more quality control rather than just putting stuffs into a bag and ship it out...

Sold me a drone still registered to someone else

Apparently, Geek Squad forgot to unbind it before reselling. Attempts to get authorization from BestBuy to unbind the drone as per DJI instructions, failed. Customer service and technical support arent helpful
